Currently in the middle of my very first IVF cycle and so far it has been an up and down battle with this clinic. They started off great, easy communication, great instructions and over all I knew what to do and how to do it. Once I had my egg retrieval it went down hill. First I got someone else’s PGT testing results sent to me via email.. broke my heart!! I got so excited then I realized totally different names, information and embryo grading. I was an emotional wreck. I reached out to coordinator and she “handled” it I guess. I never heard anything back, finally I realized it had been over 6 weeks and no reply. I finally started reaching out and getting error emails sent to me, so I called the clinic a few days in a row cause I was told I’d have to leave my coordinator a VM. Took at least 3-5 days before I heard something back or even had an update on how to start my first transfer. At this point I didn’t know I had already had PGTA results sent back to the clinic, they just never let me know they were already back. My coordinator only sent me the genders, when I wanted the full report.. never got it. Also come to find out they changed their emails during this process but didn’t make me aware. So I waited weeks longer than I needed to, and also more time stressing if I would have viable embryos to transfer. I’ve gotten choppy emailed instructions on meds for my transfer but haven’t went in yet for blood work and testing. I’m praying I can finish this cycle and get pregnant or honestly switch clinics. I felt supported, heard and emotionally okay until it just all changed. The lack of communication has been the most frustrating, being in infertility already sucks.. this makes it worse. I’m sure there are worst clinics to partner with I just wish I could say they are 5 stars.

My husband and I recently went through treatment at Reproductive Fertility Center Corona. We had our transfer 4 days ago and are praying for our BFP. Rose at the front desk was always so helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered. Daysy, my coordinator, did an amazing job throughout the entire process as well. I had a few hiccups along the way, but both of these ladies truly made my experience better, and I'm forever thankful for them. Dr. Fong, who was my doctor in Bakersfield, and Dr. Huang, who performed my transfer, were both amazing and always took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

I want to start by saying that I plan to provide a full detailed review later on in our IVF journey with RFC Fertility located in Corona, CA, because I still feel it’s too early in the process to fully review everything as a whole. However, I couldn’t wait to share my experience with my coordinator because I truly wish I would have known about her from the very beginning and chosen her sooner. For any couple currently researching RFC or feeling overwhelmed trying to figure out who to trust during this process, I genuinely hope this review helps. The coordinator I highly recommend is Leslie Ortiz at the RFC center in Corona. She is actually the second coordinator I was assigned to, and honestly, thank God for that. From the moment I was transferred to her care, she has been incredibly attentive, compassionate, organized, and reassuring throughout this entire process. IVF is already emotionally, mentally, and physically overwhelming as it is, and the last thing any woman needs is added stress from lack of communication or feeling unheard. Stress truly affects the body, especially during fertility treatments, and Leslie understands that. She listens carefully, answers every question thoroughly, and genuinely makes you feel cared for. If she happens to miss my phone call, I can honestly say not even an hour passes before she returns it. She responds to text messages quickly, keeps me informed every step of the way, and has consistently stayed on top of my care since day one. What stands out most about Leslie is the peace she brings during such an uncertain journey. She is honest, patient, understanding, and never makes you feel like you’re “just another patient.” She truly holds your hand through the process and helps calm your nerves when emotions are running high. Every woman going through IVF deserves someone like Leslie in their corner — someone who communicates, reassures, advocates, and genuinely cares. Her level of communication and support has gone above and beyond anything I expected, and I truly cannot express how grateful my husband and I are to have her as our coordinator at the RFC center in Corona. If you are considering RFC and are wondering which coordinator to choose, trust me when I say: choose Leslie.

The entire staff at RFC has been absolutely incredible throughout this entire journey 🤍 Including Dr. Lin, everyone has been so kind, patient, supportive, and genuinely caring every single step of the way. IVF can be such an emotional and overwhelming process, but their bedside manner, communication, and compassion have truly made such a difference for me. I’m honestly more than happy with my experience so far and so thankful to be going through this journey with a team that truly cares. I especially have to give a huge thank you to Daysy! She has been absolutely amazing throughout this process and has truly been my favorite coordinator I’ve ever worked with. She’s always there for every call, text, question, or reassurance I need and somehow always knows exactly how to make things feel less overwhelming. You can genuinely tell she cares about her patients, and I’m so grateful for all of her support throughout this journey 🤍

We were referred by my insurance to RFC as a third party clinic and I am so glad Kaiser works with RFC because they truly made this experience so much easier. Staff are all very kind and welcoming. The place is very welcoming. But above all was my coordinator Daysy. Daysy would answer all my questions with such patience and clarity. She would make sure I receive all the care I need and calms me down in the midst of this difficult process. Very glad that she had her work phone because she would answer even at night after work hours in case of emergencies or even me questioning if cramping it ok or not and calms me down during my freaking out moments. Truly grateful for her and for the experience and for the Kaiser drs that work there that were always very clear. Also the nurses during retrieval and transfers are also very nice and kind. Thank you for this experience.
