PLEASE READ BEFORE PAYING FOR PRP: This clinic offers PRP as a gold mine, your miracle solution, but in my experience, they just want your money. They make recommendations based on their own, not-proven methods. If it doesn’t work, then they push you to go to the Bahamas. Also, forget about their billing team. They had the audacity to send an email reminder on Easter Sunday around dinner time. Overall, their communication is horrible. They sent wrong medication instructions, and Dr. Browne always called unexpectedly 1–2 hours before the scheduled appointment. She would not spend even 10 minutes on the phone and still charged a full consultation fee. In my case, she authorized an IVF cycle when I had a BV infection. Please do your research before believing their sales pitch. The PRP was useless in my case. Their Instagram success stories did not reflect my experience at all.

I cannot recommend RFC more highly. Dr. Browne is truly an angel and made navigating a complex, previously diagnosed unexplained secondary infertility case a (relatively) pleasant experience. Dr. Browne was the first doctor that listened to me, took my concerns seriously, and helped determine what was actually causing our infertility. She never pushed treatments on us but was always there to guide us and offer her perspective as a physician and as a friend. She helped us make embryos when two other clinics had failed to do so and couldn’t offer a reason for the failures, and also enabled us to conceive independently because she determined what our issue really was. She, Ashley, Stephanie, and Cady Ann were also immensely helpful in suggesting supplemental treatments that my husband and I could do for free because of a study RFC had going on. Dr. Browne is the reason my husband and I were able to expand our family and we cannot thank her enough.

We are so grateful to Dr Browne and her incredible team at the Westport, CT RFC location for their tremendous care and help in bringing our sweet baby into the world. Trying to have a baby in my 40s was difficult. And with some complex health issues, we weren’t sure where to turn. Thankfully the team guided us and encouraged us to keep going. After several natural IVF attempts, we ended up conceiving using daily monitoring with RFC, in conjunction with a timed trigger shot and advised/timed intercourse. And at 44 years old, I delivered a healthy baby girl. We sincerely appreciate their compassion, care and commitment to us. Our family is finally complete!

From our first video orientation, I completely felt Dr. Merhi’s energy. It was GREAT. I found RFC through searching for fertility clinics that dealt with plus size women (which many clinics said wasn’t possible). I find his staff was very welcoming at the 3 locations I’ve been to (New Rochelle, Manhattan and Westport). Comparing methods, I do find that RFC does things a bit different, like administering medication doses specifically to your body’s needs and even when it came down to transfer day. Speaking of transfer day, as nervous but ready as I was, Dr. Merhi and Ashley was so excited and confident, that it became contagious. Needless to say, my husband and I are now 6 weeks pregnant with a baby girl. Thank you RFC for the tremendous support and reassurance. Anyone looking for a great fertility clinic, STOP because you found it.

My family and I cannot thank Dr Merhi and all of the RFC staff enough for helping us welcome our first child. After visiting 4 clinics prior to RFC, we were met with a refreshing approach that left us hopeful and with a clear plan. Dr. Merhi provided the optimism that I needed and was holistic in his treatment; even discussing the emotional aspect that is often overlooked. Ashley went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our appointments and provided the kindest care. Dr Merhi’s ozone sauna was the missing piece to our puzzle
