Regional Fertility Program

After years of struggling with infertility, I am incredibly grateful for the care I received through the Regional Fertility Program. While it is still very early in my pregnancy, I recently received a positive result and so far everything is progressing well. I truly believe I would not be in this position without the expertise and guidance of the team at RFP. Dr. Min was honest, direct, and transparent from the very beginning. He took the time to explain my situation clearly and gave me recommendations that were based on what would give me the best chance of success. I had significant damage to my fallopian tubes due to endometriosis-related scar tissue, and he strongly recommended having them removed before proceeding with IVF. He was also very firm about the importance of being healthy before treatment. As a smoker, I was told I needed to quit smoking and focus on improving my overall health for at least three months before starting IVF. Looking back, I am grateful for his honesty and guidance. I trusted the process, followed the recommendations, and am now seeing the results. Dr. Raguz performed my tubal removal surgery, and both she and her team were wonderful. The care I received throughout that experience was excellent. Dr. Wong and Dr. Foong completed many of my monitoring ultrasounds, and they were always professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Dr. Hilton performed a cyst drainage procedure, my egg retrieval, and my embryo transfer. She was one of my favourite physicians throughout this journey. Her confidence, efficiency, and calm demeanor helped me feel comfortable and at ease during procedures that could otherwise feel overwhelming. The nursing staff were outstanding. They were kind, welcoming, supportive, and always willing to answer questions. The clinic’s patient app was incredibly helpful and made it easy to communicate with the nursing team whenever concerns came up. Like any busy fertility clinic, there were moments when the process felt very structured and fast-paced. However, I also understand that they are helping a large number of patients and have established protocols designed to give people the best possible care and outcomes. Overall, my experience with the Regional Fertility Program was excellent. The doctors, nurses, and staff helped guide me through one of the most important and emotional journeys of my life. I am incredibly grateful for their expertise, compassion, and dedication, and I would highly recommend RFP to anyone beginning their fertility journey. Thank you to everyone at RFP.

We went there yesterday for our initial visit. It was an awesome experience, they have accomodating and welcoming staff. The doctor is very kind and professional; discussed everything in details about the treatment plans. Nurses were very professional and respectful.

Had a great experience during my first visit to the Regional Fertility Center. Dr. Foong and the entire team were very friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout the process. The doctors, nurses, and staff made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The communication through the app was also extremely helpful, making everything smooth and convenient. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we truly appreciated the care and professionalism from everyone.

When I was first referred to this clinic, I’ll admit the reviews made me a little nervous. However, my experience has been very different and I can confidently say they don’t reflect the care I’ve received. I began IVF at the end of January and had my egg retrieval in early February. Throughout the process, I genuinely felt supported and well cared for. There are moments when things move quickly and you may feel like just another patient, but it’s important to remember there are many couples walking this same path, all hoping to build or grow their families. The team works hard to support everyone. My egg retrieval was a very positive experience and truly a highlight of my journey so far. My nurse, Cynthia, was warm, personable, and so compassionate — she held my hand throughout the procedure. Dr. Jason Min was reassuring and gentle, which made a big difference in such a vulnerable moment. I also received daily updates from the embryologist, Kim, who was professional, clear, and understanding. The waiting can feel overwhelming and out of your control, and she helped ease that stress. While our journey isn’t over yet, I’m very grateful for the care we’ve received. We feel supported by this team and hopeful about continuing to work with them as we try to build our family. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors! After being with you since 2021, I finally got to hold my precious little one. To all the IVF patients out there—you are in the hands of truly amazing doctors and nurses who genuinely understand and care for our situation.
