I did not have the best experience, I did two egg retrieval with them and on Dec 2nd I got the email my embryo did not pass testing. I still have been waiting for a call to see if we should do it again or what are my options. I understand it is out of there control but at least a call will make us feel like we matter and not just a dollar pay check . I regret going to them because I did not feel doctor cared . My only positive thing from the office was Joanna she was an angel on my case but besides I don’t recommend them .

Horrible experience at Red Rock. Could never get a hold of anyone on the phone, always had questions because nothing was explained. My coordinator was not thorough, did not follow up and didn’t not submit paperwork she was supposed to send before I went to one of my appointments at a different facility so I had to wait there until she faxed it over. Dr. Littman did not have good bedside matter. She made me feel really uneasy. The way she spoke seemed like I should have known what everything meant - I don’t mind direct but she was rude and for people going through this process for the first time everything should be explained thoroughly and with care and she did the complete opposite. I almost felt dumb for asking questions because of the way she responded. For any woman beginning this process please save yourself the time energy and money and go to Nevada Fertility Center. I switched to them and have had a completely different experience (for the better) Speaking of, while trying to get my paperwork/medical records from Red Rock over to my new facility it was a nightmare. My coordinator Arianna never even reached out to me to see what happened or followed up with me. I was pretty far in the process with Red Rock before I switched so this just shows their lack of care and follow-up. Also - no matter what insurance you have it will always be out of network at Sunset Surgery Center which you are required to go to for the procedure. (Conveniently owned by Dr. Littman) I did feel like they are all about the money. What I love about Nevada Fertility Center is that everything is done in-house and is in network with my insurance. My best fiend also had an awful experience at Red Rock and she will also be switching.

We had the most wonderful experience at Red Rock Fertility! We started our IUI journey two years ago and although we were not successful the first time, when the time was right again, we knew we would be going back again to see Dr. Littman. Her entire staff is full of warm, genuinely caring people who made the process less scary for my wife and I who were trying to become first time parents. Amity and Katelyn walked us through every step along the way, answered all of our many questions and excitedly celebrated our happy news alongside us when we found out we were expecting twins! For anyone out there who is unsure or hesitant, I would implore you to give them a chance to help you make your fertility dreams a reality! Thank you Dr. Littman and everyone at Red Rock Fertility!

If you’re looking for a fertility doctor who has your best interest at heart, look no further than Dr. Littman. She helped make our dreams of starting a family come true. We are so thankful we chose her clinic after meeting with every clinic in Las Vegas. She actually met us in person for the first consultation , not on Zoom or a phone call like most other fertility doctors here, which was very important to us. Her practice isn’t a one size fits all. She made sure to cater to our specific needs. Right from the beginning she told us to be patient with the process, so we listened to her advice and waited until everything lined up right. It took us about a year and a half to complete a successful IVF transfer cycle on the very first try. We had to cancel several cycles due to cyst and a few medical procedures which caused our timeline to get pushed back, but we trusted her expertise and are so happy we did. She cares about her patients and doesn’t just take your money. We were so nervous because we only retrieved 3 embryos with only 2 being mature enough be fertilized. Dr. Littman spoke words of encouragement and told us “ sometimes, it’s all about quality over quantity “ and boy was she right! Both of our embryos made it to day 5 blastocyst and were graded normal. We were ecstatic and couldn’t wait to start the transferring process. We transferred 5 months later. She took every precaution and I did a mock cycle first. Yes, this pushed the timing back a month or so but remember TRUST the process. The mock “transfer cycle” gave Dr Littman details regarding when to transfer, how much progesterone I would need prior, showed if I had endometriosis, inflammation, or anything that may affect the embryo sticking. It was worth the wait! Our first embryo stuck! WOOHOO. We are so happy to grow our little family. Dr. Littman is excellent at what she does, listen and trust her guidance. Amity made every ultrasound so welcoming, she’s so sweet, and answers every question. Charry was the best treatment coordinator we could ask for. She made sure we were well informed every step of the way and was so caring throughout the entire process Holly makes every blood draw painless. She’s also such a sweetheart. Dr. Littman , Amity, Charry, Erin, Holly, Arianna, Nadine, Michelle and the entire staff at Red Rock Fertility Center we can’t say THANK YOU enough!! Don’t hesitate to choose Red Rock Fertility Center if you’re looking to start or grow your family. It has been an incredible experience.

I will forever be grateful for the beautiful humans that work here!!! From Erin answering my million questions about insurance, to Holly making every blood draw painless and amazing, to Joanna dealing with all my scheduling needs and calming me with every negative test, and Amity for every encouraging moment and getting us pregnant. These ladies helped us get our sweet baby after a 7 year struggle. Within 3 months of working with Red Rock Fertility we are pregnant. I cannot thank my girls more for making this experience amazing, Amity and Joanna you ladies were our rocks and will forever be our family. Thank you so much for every encouraging moment and not letting me give up. We love you and can't wait to bring our sweet Tawni in to meet her aunties.
