I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about REACH, and that’s coming from a very Type A person who really values thoroughness. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly detailed, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. Before my transfer, they ran additional testing that uncovered endometriosis, which we were able to treat beforehand. I’m so grateful they took the time to be that thorough and proactive because it gave me so much confidence that we were doing everything possible to give me the best chance of success. Our first transfer was a success! This journey was not easy but REACH made such a difference. Because of them, I am now holding my precious son, and I truly cannot imagine a world without him. My husband and I will always be incredibly grateful to REACH for helping make our family possible. Dr. Wing (now retired) was our primary Doctor and we wish him well on his retirement.

I have researched many clinics and I decided to try REACH because they had outstanding reviews, but that has changed within the last year. I completed genetic screening and was positive for two traits. REACH told me to schedule a call with the company NOT my dr. I thought that was odd. They also told me that the info is written out, so I was also made aware. I am not a Dr so I used Google. They didn’t advise me on anything. They just care about the $$. Very disappointed. My OBGYN was the one who sat down with me and discussed my tests.

Cannot say enough good things about REACH! They helped us get our rainbow babies and we will be back in the future for another transfer! We love our team Ann Morris and nurse Jamie so much!!! We are actually going to miss going here the rest of our pregnancy. They give you a goodie bag once you graduate with a baby hat and onesie 🥲. We will forever be grateful to them ❤️

My husband and I have no complaints with the staff and doctors at REACH Ballantyne! They are all so kind and helpful during this IVF process. We are so grateful and thankful that we had success our first round. Mackenzie, the phlebotomist and all the staff including the receptionist & at the front are all so welcoming! Dr. Seth was also very informative and on educating us during & through the process 10/10 if we end up adding to the family we would be back!

If you’re looking for compassionate staff, providers who give you the information you need, keep you up to date on your procedures, are kind and make you feel like you’re welcomed DONT GO HERE!! “Dr” Holts team is horrible! Everything I know about my out procedure I know from tic tok! The joke of an “app” works here and there so you can’t even view the scraps of information they provide. They want your black money but can care less about you or your goal to create a baby. The wait time is extensive and then the procedure (not the Iui) is less than 2 min. They come in and tell you to undress, they are so rough and careless with the speculum’s, you’d think they were stuffing a turkey! “Dr” Holt interacted with my husband and I twice during this whole process. I assume she had other patients that were worth more attention. I’d like to know her success rate with poc. I blame myself for not doing research before choosing this chop shop but I know better now! The secretary in the front is the only human and kind soul there! run away from this place and find somewhere that values you and cares about what you’re trying to achieve. Look at the people who leave good reviews, they all look the same! I rather you tell me you don’t want my kind there than to treat me badly!!
