Positive Steps Fertility – Shreveport

My only regret is not going to Positive Steps first. I went to another clinic in town for nearly 2 years and had progressively worsening experiences until I finally decided to switch clinics. Within one month Amanda found out what had been the cause of our infertility, treated it, and I’m now 10 weeks pregnant. I had been told in the past that they may be too pricey, but prices for diagnostic testing & IUI were the same as the other clinic, and I was treated so much better by all of the staff. I’m so thankful for everyone at Positive Steps and I’d recommend them to anyone struggling with infertility.

Just 7 months ago, we were diagnosed with MFI, and everything felt so uncertain. From the very start, Positive Steps welcomed us with open arms. Not once did they make us feel like this wasn’t possible, they truly believed we would have our baby. Fast forward to February 2nd, we began our first IUI cycle with only 3.6 million sperm and 60% motility. Two weeks later… we got our positive. Our miracle baby 🤍 Yesterday, we graduated from Positive Steps, and I am now 10 weeks pregnant with our sweet baby. It’s such a bittersweet moment because I will miss them so much. This post isn’t just to praise their incredible facility,every single staff member is kind, supportive, and makes you feel truly cared for every step of the way. It’s also for anyone out there holding onto even the smallest bit of hope… Don’t give up. Give them a call. Give yourself the chance to have your heart filled in ways you never imagined ❤️

This group of amazing ladies and Dr. Parry changed our whole lives. From the consultation to graduation, I never felt anything but supported, safe, and informed. They respect your decisions while offering guidance and make you feel like an old friend rather than a patient. I wish I could stay here forever for everything. Thank you so much for helping us get our little one and for being our biggest cheerleaders. Can’t recommend them enough!

Thank you will never be enough to Dr Parry, Amanda, and their entire team. From our very first visit, we were met with nothing but kindness, understanding, and expertise. My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Positive Steps Fertility in Shreveport. We were under their care for less than a year after trying to conceive on our own and utilizing local resources for a couple of years. In less than a year with Positive Steps, we conceived through IUI and medication — and my biggest regret is not going to them sooner. Before choosing Positive Steps, we wasted so much time and resources elsewhere. From the moment we became patients here, we felt confident, cared for, and truly supported. Our main provider was Amanda, NP, and we genuinely do not have enough good things to say about her. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and made us feel heard every step of the way. Our primary nursing team, Brittany and Jeri, were absolutely incredible — encouraging, responsive, and kind through every appointment and question. And the front desk staff, Brandi and Caroline, were amazing as well. They always answered every question with patience and kindness and were calling us by name by our second visit. The saddest part of our journey was “graduating” from Positive Steps — because that meant saying goodbye to such an amazing team. We are now expecting two beautiful baby boys, and Parker and Preston will forever hear about the incredible people who helped bring them into this world. We cannot recommend Positive Steps enough and would refer anyone to them without hesitation. We are so grateful for every step that led us here — we only wish we had gone sooner.
