FINALLY! A clinic this city truly deserves. My journey with Pollin began in Toronto, and I genuinely cannot express how fortunate Ottawa is to have a clinic of this calibre. Not long ago, my sweet little angel was born, and I’ve been waiting for the right moment to write this review. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the difference. The clinic is modern, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and has a calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, with industry leading equipment that reflects the level of excellence they strive for. What truly makes Pollin exceptional, however, is its people. Every member of the team (both in Toronto and Ottawa) is remarkable. They are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their patients. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and unwavering support made one of the most important journeys of my life feel cared for every step of the way. Ottawa is incredibly lucky to have Pollin. They have set a new standard for fertility care, and I will always be grateful to the entire team. My advice to those who are starting or are mid journey…it is your responsibility to take the time and learn and educate yourself. While the clinic and staff will ensure timing is optimal-We at the end of the day need to ensure our lifestyle is optimal for the best outcome. These doctors and nurses have hundreds if anything thousands of patients to care for. Be prepared with your questions and take your notes. Their app is AMAZING and has a library loaded with info.

Just switched over from another clinic and Pollin is a breath of fresh air so far. Everyone has been so nice and the app is efficient. Appreciate the free parking and beautiful clinic
