I wish I could give this company 0 stars. After going through YEARS of back forth, I finally matched and started the process. It did not go well. Broken promises, not getting paid. I had a medical procedure that was horrific. All for nothing. This company owes me $5000 and it’s been a year and still paid me nothing. I even had the contract. They pulled from the escrow account so the company wouldn’t even give me information. So sketchy! Please do not use this company for surrogacy!!!

I’m an intended parent. This agency is in complete disarray and they are bullies once you sign the contract with them. Never accept the standard contract - make sure you only pay the full sum after a successful transfer happens. Or else you will lose time and money with this abusive agency.

Hello, I strongly advise against using this agency. They connected me with a surrogate mother for whom 3-4 transfers were canceled, but the expenses were exorbitant (between travel, the loss of my partner's salary of $500 USD/day, etc.). The person in charge of my case didn't handle anything and was eventually fired. Then, they put me in touch with a second surrogate mother; no contract has been signed yet, but the expenses for testing her and then her insurance policy have been debited from my escrow account. Right after that, I received another bill for the health insurance of the previous surrogate mother with whom everything had been canceled. When I warned them that I was going to post my bad experience on social media, I was threatened because the signed contract forbids me from speaking my mind! And as a result, 2 hours after posting my review, I was fired and I have to continue paying the first surrogate mother's fees for 6 months.

Had a great experience being a surrogate through this agency. Very helpful and a understanding. Cant wait to be a surrogate again.

I feel like I am a very patient and understanding person, but I have to pass on a really bad experience we had with this agency. The potential surrogate they matched us with had had a couple miscarriages, and if not for our clinic inadvertently finding out we may have ended up using her. That might have been the biggest nightmare a parent can imagine. They then matched us with someone who backed out right before it was time for the transfer. They did not take responsibility for the problems. Gave us feeble excuses, and blamed us for resulting failure.
