Choosing Seattle Reproductive Medicine (SRM) was one of the best decisions we made on our fertility journey. From the very beginning, their team provided not only medical expertise, but also genuine compassion and support during a process that can feel overwhelming. Every interaction felt thoughtful and intentional. The physicians, nurses, and coordinators consistently took the time to explain each step, answer questions, and make sure we felt confident moving forward. Their communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made a huge difference in reducing stress throughout the process. What stood out most was how personalized the care felt. We never felt like just another patient—our situation, concerns, and goals were always taken into account. The team demonstrated a strong balance of clinical excellence and emotional support, which is incredibly important in fertility care. The clinic itself is well-organized and efficient, with appointments running smoothly and minimal wait times. Behind the scenes, it’s clear there’s a high level of coordination and attention to detail that contributes to their success. We are incredibly grateful for the role SRM played in our journey. Their dedication, knowledge, and compassion truly set them apart. I would highly recommend Seattle Reproductive Medicine to anyone seeking fertility support—they provide not just care, but hope. Overall we have had a really good experience with Pinnacle Fertility. From surgery with Dr. Paul Lin to continued treatment at their Everett location, we have been satisfied with the care provided. Staff are friendly, timely, and experienced. Even after surgery, it felt like Dr. Lin was still tracking our case which was much appreciated. My one caveat is that it does still feel like you need to manage your own timelines/treatment and you can't necessarily rely on your navigator to consistently provide direction. That said, we have always received responses to questions or update requests in a very timely manner.

Absolutely loved my experience at Pinnacle Fertility! Mrs Cindy Wong was amazing during my HSG so gentle and skilled, I didn’t feel a thing and felt completely at ease. She really make you feel cared for and respected. Highly recommend!

Like another reviewer mentioned, the new pricing at Seattle Reproductive Medicine is outrageous—and potentially unethical. For patients without fertility coverage, everything is paid out-of-pocket, and SRM seems to take advantage of that vulnerability. Originally, I was quoted $175 (January 2025) for a mid-cycle ultrasound. Now that cost has jumped to $650 (April 2025) - regardless of how many ultrasounds you have. This cost also includes bloodwork that I was never offered by any of my healthcare providers. I pushed for a second ultrasound to make sure the timing was right—because I wanted to improve my chances and avoid wasting a round. For two ultrasounds, I expected to pay $350. Now, that cost has jumped to $650. This kind of price gouging adds unnecessary financial and emotional stress to an already difficult process. I reached out to three other clinics today and am planning to transfer care—even if it means commuting to Kirkland, Seattle, or Bellingham. Anything is better than continuing care here. Beyond the inflated costs, the billing department is disorganized, and the clinic has begun to feel more like a business assembly line than a place offering compassionate, individualized care. When I raised my concerns, the financial manager said she’d “bring it back to corporate”—which told me everything I needed to know. Corporate doesn’t care about my body or my outcome. To make matters worse, the medical team barely has time to walk patients through essential parts of the process. During my first IUI cycle, I was trying to determine the right time and method to administer my Ovidrel shot, but the doctor seemed rushed and didn’t help me feel informed or comfortable. This experience has made an already challenging journey even more stressful. I hope SRM re-evaluates how it treats and supports the people entrusting them with such an important part of their lives.

The care over the years that I have been with this clinic was good until my miscarriage where it was handled horribly and I almost died. Then gave a new Dr. here a chance and have quite enjoyed my care with her and my nurse. Today I received notice that their pricing is going from $175/TIC to $650 and all you get is an ultrasound and IF you get pregnant then a blood draw. I have done 6 rounds of TIC with no luck and now will be forced to leave due to this clinic being bought out and increasing their prices DRASTICALLY so that it is even more unaffordable to the get care I need. While there are some good people that work here would recommend not wasting money at this clinic and go elsewhere.
