A year ago, I began my fertility journey with (Dominion Fertility) now called Pinnacle Fertility. From my very first appointment with Dr Sarajari ,I knew I was going to blessed with my little miracle and I did. Dr Sarajari wore a beautiful smile and remained calm and reassuring. She was simply amazing. I want to say a big thank you to Juliette ,my scheduling coordinator. Thank you for keeping up with me and for answering my millions of questions🤝. To Mary my financial coordinator (a True Gem). She was incredibly thorough and patient in explaining everything in details helping me to fully understand. Thank you so much for your honesty and transparency. And, to Janayna my sonogram technician who was absolutely amazing. She was reassuring and comforting, helping me to feel confident and at ease throughout the process. She truly helped me to trust my body again. I just concluded a cycle at Pinnacle Fertility (VA) and I felt supported throughout every step of the process. Dr. DiMattina is very knowledgeable and has such a confident, reassuring demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. Holli, my fertility nurse, was outstanding—very responsive, patient, and thorough. I had a lot of questions, and she always answered quickly and made sure I understood what was happening and what to expect next. The nurses who handled monitoring were also fantastic. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and calming, and they consistently made me feel comfortable during appointments. My husband and I started our fertility journey with Pinnacle Fertility Virginia (formerly Dominion Fertility) one year ago, and calling it seamless and wonderful would genuinely be an understatement. We embarked on the IVF PGT-M process, which takes longer than standard IVF, and from day one, the team set accurate timelines and clear expectations. No surprises, no confusion—just honest guidance every step of the way. One of the absolute highlights of our experience was having Holli as our personal support coordinator. (Seriously, Holli deserves all the shoutouts!) She was always available to answer my endless questions and became a wonderful pillar of support throughout this journey. Having someone who responds promptly and genuinely cares transformed what could have been an incredibly stressful process into something truly doable—and even wonderful. The entire Pinnacle team leads with kindness, and I mean that wholeheartedly. We started in January 2025 and haven’t had a single unpleasant experience. We alternated between the Bethesda and Arlington locations, and the consistency in care and compassion was remarkable at both. A special thank you to Janna, Stephanie, Nichol and Dr. D—your professionalism and genuine kindness made our 2025 truly memorable. If you’re looking for a fertility clinic that combines clinical excellence with heart, look no further.

I’ve been a patient for a couple years now and cannot express how compassionate, professional, honest, and supportive this practice is. Dr DiMattina took me as a patient after a very traumatic experience at Shady Grove and two failed cycles with Pinnacle. He is wise, personable, caring, and above all: brilliant. I have so much hope under his care. Jana and Stefanie at the Bethesda office are pure joy. They welcome you in warmly for monitoring and are quick and concise with results and communication. Leslie in billing is EXCEPTIONAL. She has gone through great lengths to make this incredible financial burden less burdensome. She’s communicative, kind, and SHARP. She fought with my insurance and answer all my questions promptly with great care and consideration. Erin and Natalie as patient coordinators have been lifelines. They have been essential in navigating the emotional, complex, and downright cruel reality of infertility. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the care I have received thus so far with pinnacle. Although I’m still awaiting my miracle, I have the utmost trust in Pinnacle.

Pinnacle Fertility is the gold standard for fertility related services in the DMV. Dr. DiMattina is world class and will tailor each protocol to specific needs. Jana in the Bethesda office brings a bright and optimistic energy to otherwise anxious appointments. The Bethesda and Arlington offices coordinate perfectly and are run like tight ships. I always feel seen and heard—there’s always someone around to answer questions. I’m so happy I chose Pinnacle. 10/10.
