Pinnacle Fertility IVF1 – Naperville

The embryology team was helpful and efficient at getting our embryos out of there. Edee in Oswego as well as nurses Pam and Tiffany were great. Dr Morris made me feel comfortable in procedures. Of course now he is gone, which brings me to Pinnacle and why you should stay away. Completely fraudulent billing. They require you to pre-pay for each step based on their “estimate,” which ended up being double what we actually owed.. every time. Then you have to fight the billing department to get your money back. Double charges, charges they can’t explain or provide a CPT code for, and then other lines they refer to as “balance forward.” We’ve just spent 6 months trying to get this resolved, where 9/10 of my communications to the billing manager went completely unanswered. As a nurse practitioner myself I have a good understanding of how medical billing works, and this was completely unethical. On the day we found out our baby no longer had a heartbeat the billing department called me to ask for more money with threats for collections, yet they owed us more than $1500 at the time. This was all an added stress to an already stressful and emotional process. Again, as a health care provider, I will be trying to keep people away from this fraudulent corporation.

Pinnacle Fertility IVF1 made a hard situation easier! They were supportive through the whole process, guiding us to next steps and ensuring we had all our questions answered (and there were many)! It's hard to put into words what you appreciate when these people literally changed your life! They worked with us through scheduling conflicts, always greeted us with a smile, encouraged us through difficult procedures and monitoring and made all the right calls on our fertility journey. We knew we were in good hands. Dr. Morris was wonderful and made us feel comfortable. His surgery nursery staff were always thorough and calming. But the nursing staff upstairs and lab techs were phenomenal. They were who we were working with on the day-to-day and made us feel like they were personally invested in our progress. Thank you to all the staff at IVF1!

I had my laparoscopy done here to begin my fertility treatment & i must say it was a great experience. Surgery in itself is scary but Dr . morris & his team made me feel very comfortable throughout it. Barbie & Allyson did an amazing job letting me know everything that was going on, but Barbie has that special care for patients I knew I was in good hands. Dr Morris stopped by at the end & reassured me that we are hopeful on starting treatment soon. I highly recommend & thank you to all his team for what they do ❤️

We had the most wonderful experience here! It was a long run but everyone was wonderful from the very beginning to graduation. I can not speak more highly. From the front desk, phlebotomists, ultrasound techs, procedure techs, nurses and doctor! Everyone made it so bitter sweet to graduate. Special shout outs to Jocelyne- who always checked in and made sure I was doing okay, comforting our setbacks and celebrated our wins; Pam - who answered all of our questions, cared for us, got to know me beyond infertility, cheered us on at each step, and always smiling. Isabel- who I grew close to at every early morning monitoring ultrasound and our exciting ones. Lorena and Hai- always making my morning blood draws not as painful! Dr Morris and his team helped make our dreams come true. So happy I was referred here and highly recommend IVF1 to anyone else. Who would think leaving a doctors office would be so bitter sweet! Thank you all for all that you do.
