My navigator, Kristal, and the incredibly sweet and supportive KenJonae, along with everyone else in the office, ensured that I felt deeply cared for and like I was in the best possible hands every step of the way. Every question I had was answered with patience and genuine care, and the team guided me through the entire process seamlessly. I am also profoundly grateful for my doctor, Dr. Vyas, for her exceptional medical guidance and unwavering support. I had a wonderful experience freezing my eggs with Pinnacle Fertility California. The entire team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. Dr. Vyas was an amazing doctor. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from my very first appointment. Kristal was also an excellent coordinator. HOW WE ENDED UP AT PINNACLE FERTILITY*** My husband and I have been married for almost 17 years. We've never used prevention, and, as far as we knew, we never conceived. Our friends who also been experiencing infertility for 8 years decided to look into IVF and worked with Dr. Ringler at Pinnacle Fertility. When we reached out to them to learn more about their journey we had also been researching our options for IVF. My husband acquired a special medical benefit with Progyny at his work and we wanted to take advantage of the benefits. We discovered that Pinnacle Fertility was in-network, and based on our friend's experience (and the great Online reviews) we deciced to reach out and book an appointment with Dr. Ringler. CYCLES*** Our friends who did IVF with Dr. Ringler began their journey in 2024. They did 1- egg retrieval resulting with 2- embryos. Had their transfer in April 2025. Got pregnant (woohoo) and had their beatiful baby girl Nov 2025. We had 2 egg retrievals (1st resulted in 0 embryos, 2nd resulted in 1 embryo), our transfer was April 2026, and we have a baby girl due 12/2026. Like our friends, we had unexplained infertility and I had a low AMH level. In between the 2- egg retrievals I was referred to a local fertility accupuncturist Danica Thornberry who helped me with nutrition and prepping for our 2nd retrieval. I really think that the break inbetween the cycles that Dr. Ringler recommended gave my body time to recover from all the meds and procedures from the 1st; and the new nutrition efforts really made all the difference with the 2nd egg retrieval. As much as we didn't want to have to wait 2 months to try again for another egg retrieval, it really was what was best. I had more follicles the 2nd time around, we had 3 eggs fertilize, 2 embryos frozen, and 1 that passed genetic testing. I should also mention that I will 39 in November this year. INITIAL CONSULTATION*** Our first appointment with Dr. Ringer was April 2025. Parking for the clinic is either street parking or valet. We're too frugal for valet, so we always parked in the street (note: street sweeping is 10-12 Thurs & Fri). The clinic looks very professional and clean. We had kind of already decided to move forward with the clinic even before our consultation with Dr. Ringler. So our initial consulation was brief. We didn't have too many questions bc our friends who were just about to have their embryo transfer had already educated us alot. SHOUT OUTS TO PERSONNEL*** Dr. Ringler*** We are so grateful for Dr. Ringler's expert work, guidance, and planning for us. He knows his stuff, and reassured us along the way. We needed to stay the course, not get discouraged, and take it one appointment at a time. We can't thank him enough for his hard work and help. Navigator*** Once you become a patient you are assigned to a Navigator. This person helps you with EVERYTHING. Answering any and all questions. Getting your Rx. Shows you how to administer your meds. Reviews your calendar with you. Everything! We had the sweetest, professional, and effecient Navigator Jackie Herrera. Our journey was pretty up-and-down and she was always so kind and compassionate, and was really rooting for us to have a successful cycle. She is the best. Scribe*** Avina, Dr. Ringler's medical scribe, was also very sweet. She was basically Dr. Ringler's shadow for every ultrasound and was with us on the 1 year journey. She was always so kind and was a little cheerleader for us along the way. The Lab***** They have an in-house lab, and all 3 phlebotomists are so kind and efficient. Cheyenne, Anel, and David are rock stars! Front Desk*** Drena at the front desk always did a fantastic job at customer service. Before I even approached the counter she called me by name and had me checked in. She has this sweet bubbly personality that makes you feel welcome and seen. CONCLUSION*** WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? GO TO PINNACLE FERTILITY AND WORK WITH DR. RINGLER AND JACKIE HERRERA. YOU WON'T REGRET IT. Pics are of our 4AA embryo and 8 week ultrasound of our baby girl.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Chung and her team （Navigator Lydia and Nurse Ally) during such an important journey. Dr. Chung is not only highly knowledgeable, but also exceptionally thoughtful and precise in how she approaches care. From the beginning, it was clear that her treatment plans were carefully tailored to my specific situation, which gave me a great deal of confidence in the process. She has a calm, reassuring presence and takes the time to explain things clearly, making me feel supported and respected. She also adjusted medications based on lab and ultrasound results, which made me feel genuinely cared for. Under her care, I had a very smooth IVF cycle. We were able to produce multiple high-quality embryos in a single cycle, and I became pregnant successfully on the first transfer. Equally important, the entire process felt well-balanced and carefully managed, and I experienced minimal physical or emotional side effects, which made a meaningful difference in my overall experience. I also want to recognize Navigator Lydia and Nurse Ally, who were consistently patient, responsive, and supportive. Communication was seamless, and monitoring ultrasounds were smooth. Lydia took the time to carefully walk me through how to administer my medications, which I really appreciated. I felt well taken care of throughout. Looking back, I feel very lucky to have gone through this journey with the CFP clinic, and I would highly recommend Dr. Chung and her team to anyone seeking thoughtful, high-quality fertility care.
