It’s difficult to fully express how positively impactful Pinnacle Fertility (Glendale and Scottsdale) has been throughout our journey. First and foremost, Yanely is truly a saint. She is the most professional, responsive, kind, and dedicated fertility navigator I could have hoped for. No question is ever too much, and she is wholeheartedly invested in our success. We simply could not have navigated this process without her support. After testing and consultations with Kelly Soares, PA, we made the decision to pursue IVF rather than IUI after more than a year and a half of trying to conceive following a miscarriage. Kelly was incredibly warm, informative, and thoughtful throughout the process. I never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Her depth of experience is evident, and I always feel reassured knowing my ultrasounds would be with her. Dr. Kurt Peterson has been equally exceptional. He is communicative, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. More importantly, you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and is deeply invested in helping them succeed. Tanisha at the Glendale front desk is an absolute joy and seems to know every patient by name. From my very first visit, she made me feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. LaRue draws blood with remarkable skill and ease. She is, without question, the best phlebotomist I have ever encountered. What stands out most is that every single person we’ve interacted with has provided an extraordinary level of care. As we approach our first embryo transfer, we’ve been reflecting on how fortunate we are to have such a supportive team behind us. Infertility can often feel isolating, but Pinnacle has created a community of care that makes us feel supported every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for this team and the role they have played in helping us pursue our dream of becoming parents. Five stars simply doesn’t feel like enough.

We could not have asked for better care than we received at Pinnacle Fertility, at both the Glendale and Scottsdale location. We are so thankful for the wonderful staff, PAs and doctors that helped us throughout our fertility journey. Our navigator, Diana, worked tirelessly to answer all of my questions and never seemed as if anything was an imposition. This is our second experience with Diana, as she was our navigator back in 2024, which resulted in our baby girl! Fast forward to 2026 and baby number two, Diana remained patient, professional, and responded promptly throughout the entire experience. I really appreciate the kindness she showed during a time that can be very stressful and challenging. Lexi (medical assistant?) is AWESOME, kind, compassionate, and caring. She is able to connect and build relationships with patients, making you feel comfortable at each appointment. I always looked forward to a friendly, familiar face and knew she truly understood what patients go through, each step of the way. Kelly (PA) is INSANELY smart, straight forward, and makes you feel very well informed and comfortable at each appointment. I never left having questions about my results or scans when I met with her. I knew I was in good hands any time I was under Kelly’s care. SHE IS THE BEST!! We cannot thank Dr.Z. enough for his knowledge, efforts, and professionalism during our time at Pinnacle. Without him, baby #2 would not be possible!

The best clinic I could have ever asked for. My coordinator, Leah, is so kind and always happy to explain things. This is my second transfer and I have been soooo lucky to have Leah as my coordinator each time. It is extremely difficult to go through infertility but these people treat you with such kindness and I truly never felt like just another number. Dr. Peterson and the whole team did an amazing job walking is through the process. Dr. Peterson did not try and sell is on anything he did not think would work for us. The team was in constant communication, through text and the patient portal so we knew what was coming next. As you know, IVF is a financial commitment as well as pricey, but the team always let us know well in advance what the next payment would be. They accepted our HSA account as well. Having an office in Glendale was very convenient for us, and they made sure that most of our appointments could be done there. We are so grateful for Dr. Peterson and his team. I cannot recommend Pinnacle Fertility of Arizona enough. My husband and I are so grateful for the care we received during our fertility journey. While the doctors are incredibly skilled and professional, what truly set the experience apart for us was being appointed a 'patient care navigator.' Having a dedicated person, ours was Karina, I could text or call whenever I had questions made a world of difference. It turned a potentially overwhelming process into one where we felt truly seen and supported every step of the way.
