I found Dr. Reed through Reddit during one of the most difficult times of my life. After consulting with four different RE and feeling disappointed with the care I received at a state hospital, I was looking for a doctor who was both affectionate and proactive. That’s exactly what I found at Peak Fertility Clinic. The clinic itself is beautifully designed. Unlike the cold, gray hospital environment I had become used to, it feels warm, elegant, and welcoming. Walking in almost makes you forget you’re there for IVF but it feels more like visiting a luxury wellness spa where you’re genuinely cared for and pampered. Dr. Reed took the time to thoroughly evaluate every possible factor before my embryo transfer and created a treatment plan tailored to my specific situation. As someone with diminished ovarian reserve and stage 4 endometriosis, I truly appreciated how proactive and thorough she was in making sure nothing that could affect implantation was overlooked. What impressed me the most was her genuine care. During a miscarriage scare over a federal holiday, she stayed in touch through messages and made sure I was okay every step of the way. We will always be grateful to Dr. Reed and the wonderful team at Peak Fertility Clinic for helping us welcome our little miracle into the world. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My son just arrived and I can say with certainty that is due to the staff at Peak! I worked with multiple IVF clinics and nothing felt right. Walking into Peak and the kindness of everyone involved put me at ease. Not only that, they kept me informed of options, protocols and the entire process. Not only that but they were always a phone call or message away if I needed anything. I cannot recommend them enough.

My wife and I chose Peak Fertility after doing a lot of research and we are so happy we decided to work with them. Dr. Reed was amazing, she communicated very professionally. She laid out our options in a non-bias manner not pushing us toward any decision, just gave the facts and let us come to her with our decision. The nursing staff was 10 out of 10 as well. Shoutout to Megan specifically, she was great. Thank you all so much, we are so grateful for our baby girl! Side note. There are some poor reviews on here specifically from some men. Our part in this situation is an uncomfortable one I admit. However, they truly work to make it as easy as it can be. These ladies are wonderful.

I was so scared to do IVF, Dr Reed and her team were so sweet and answered all my questions and all my concerns. They are the reason i had such a great experience even though IVF is a stressful experience. I waited a year to write my review, we got pregnant with the help of Dr Reed and her team. We had a healthy pregnancy. And birthed our beautiful baby boy last month. We have been so in love and so grateful for everything this clinic did for us.

Medical professionals can be the toughest patients, but that was absolutely not the case with Dr. Reed. Peak Fertility truly stands out—from the staff and lab to the technology and office environment, every detail reflects exceptional, top-quality care. After a devastating experience at another facility where no oocytes were retrieved, Dr. Reed took the time to truly understand my history. She personally contacted my previous physician to review what had happened and thoughtfully tailored my protocol to give me the best possible chance. My retrieval took place on a Monday during a severe snowstorm ☃️❄️. Despite the conditions, the team stayed at a nearby hotel to ensure my procedure happened safely and on time. After retrieving zero oocytes in my prior cycle, we retrieved three this time—and we’re still going for more 🙃. I was allowed to stay after surgery until I fully woke up, something my previous facility never permitted. The attention to comfort—warm pads, water, snacks—felt more like a five-star experience than a medical procedure. Both Dr. Reed and the anesthesiologist called me beforehand to reassure me that the surgery would proceed safely. Dr. Reed even guided me on safe travel routes and suggested booking a nearby hotel to avoid any unexpected issues the morning of surgery. Dr. Reed is consistently kind, supportive, highly responsive, and flexible—always going the extra mile to give her patients a fair and thoughtful chance. She is more than a doctor; she is an advocate, a guide, and a source of reassurance during an incredibly vulnerable process. I am deeply grateful not only for her care, but for how much she has inspired me to elevate the level of care I provide to my own patients. This is the highest quality of care I have ever experienced—far beyond infertility treatment alone. Truly Impressed and proud that this level of care is powered by women.
