I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing. I initially went there for egg freezing, but after months of delays and poor communication, I decided not to move forward with treatment. The doctor came across as unempathetic and uninterested in addressing my concerns. I never felt like a valued patient. What was most frustrating was that it took almost five months to get basic lab results. Egg freezing is a time-sensitive process, and waiting that long is simply unacceptable. Throughout the entire experience, communication was poor, and I often felt like no one was taking responsibility or providing clear answers. To make matters worse, even though I chose not to continue treatment because of these issues, I kept receiving bills despite the delays and lack of service.

Dr. Shala is great. She is very honest and upfront about everything which I love, no BS. Most of my interaction is with Dayse my coordinator and she is literally the most amazing. She is so patient and understanding and responds quickly to my MANY MANY questions. I know I drive her nuts, but she has never once made me feel like I do. PRC is lucky to have her. I haven’t had the best of luck in my IVF journey so far but she is definitely the reason I have stayed with them. I can’t praise her dedication and thoughtfulness enough. She is positive and honest with us always. Thank you Dayse for your love and support through this journey.

Bad service they are taking 1:30 lunch break and then didn’t get back in time!!! More than half an hour!!!
