Dr. Quinn is the real "Queen 👑"at this facility. 💞 I'm so grateful for this journey and for the care I’ve received. This cycle has been especially meaningful for me. I was able to retrieve two fully mature eggs, which truly felt like a milestone, especially given the ups and downs along the way. Dr. Quinn has been incredibly thoughtful throughout this process. She goes above and beyond, constantly adjusting, thinking creatively, and exploring different approaches to support my body and improve outcomes. Her attention, precision, and genuine care make such a difference. I also want to acknowledge that not everyone has the same experience, and my heart truly goes out to anyone who has struggled or felt disappointed. I know how emotional and difficult this journey can be, and I sincerely wish I could share my experience and offer some reassurance and hope. Dr. Quinn is not just a “Queen” by name—she truly is a Queen "Quinn" of Hearts. A real miracle maker, a rock star, and a superstar in every sense. I feel incredibly lucky to be in her care. 🤍 And yes, you may hear this from me month after month, and it might start to sound repetitive… but when something truly works and means this much, I have no intention of staying quiet about it.

For context, I've had two retrievals at two different clinics a few years apart. Pacific Fertility Center LA was my first retrieval. So, the good news is that Dr. Evans helped me retrieve eggs. For that, I am thankful. At the time, I was concerned becuase I had two friends freezing their eggs at two different clinics-- their doctors were checking their hormone levels the entire time. Dr. Evans was NOT checking mine. She wasn't their for my retrieval (but I was told this in advance) but she also didn't follow-up after my retrieval/completion of care. I've just completed another cycle with Pinnacle Fertility-- via Dr. Karine Chung. She DID check my hormone levels thoughout treatment and adjust my meds as necessary-- and the results were SIGNIFICANTLY better, despite my being older. If you have to go with PFCLA, I suggest that you ask: 1. If they will monitor your bloodwork throughout. 2. If they do estrogen priming (or anything) to make sure that your follicles are synchronized. 3. How they are with after care/following up post procedure. At the time of my initial retrieval, Dr. Evans was kind, but I was concerned that she wasn't as thorough as other doctors. So you may have to press to get that level of care.

All of the staff at PFCLA are lovely. The whole team showed genuine interest and were excited for my progress. Dr. Evans was recommended to me from a close friend and exceeded expectations, walking me and my husband through every step in trying to conceive thoroughly. We will definitely be going back if we need similar support for baby #2!

Dr. Evans is absolutely wonderful—kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She has excellent bedside manner and made a very emotional IVF journey feel supported and manageable. Jocelyn and everyone on her team was just as incredible and truly held my hand every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Evans and her practice.

I highly recommend choosing Dr. Evans and her team! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and passionate about what she does. Infertility is challenging, and she was a supportive anchor throughout our process. My spouse and I appreciated her calm demeanor and warm bedside manner. Her team is excellent as well— Amada is a compassionate and detail oriented clinical coordinator who was always helpful. All of the nurses and other staff at the Glendale location are excellent, too. We always felt we were in very good hands with Dr. Evans and are grateful to have found her. As an LGBTQ+ couple we were also appreciative of the inclusive care we received.
