Most of my experience with Originelle clinic was with the nurse Ayesha, who is amazing! She really helped me understand where to start with my fertility journey, including a very thorough initial consultation where she looked at my past reports, listened to my concerns and recommended me supplements and tests to start with. And then when it came to doing my tests, such as bloodwork and ultrasounds, she really went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed and comfortable. She communicated very empathetically about results and helped me to take next steps. She was super easy to communicate with and just is very kind and helpful. You can tell she really genuinely wants to help you achieve your goal of conceiving, and is so caring and knowledgeable. Ayesha was honestly wonderful to work with, and deserves so much praise. I had to change clinics from a very well known fertility clinic who made me loose a year with delays and was discriminatory. I had only 6 months left to do my IVF transfer before no longer being covered by RAMQ and they were very human and understanding. Dr Abou Kahlil was extremely involved and empathetic and understood my situation as a solo mom . I can only thank him for giving me my son as that was my biggest dream. I removed a star because there is a définite severe issue with reception staff. Not professional, often rude , not efficient and issues to reach someone by phone . They really need to do better on staffing but I’m still very great full for understanding my situation and working fast to get me pregnant and still covered by RAMQ. I hope Dr Abou khalil is still available when i’ll try for a second child .

Marie Louie is so uplifting and encouraging, especially after my transfer when emotions and nerves were high. Her confidence and positivity gave me hope and strength exactly when I needed it. Darina’s warmth and constant positivity made every interaction feel welcoming and supportive. She radiates kindness and helped make the clinic feel comforting rather than clinical. A very big thank you to Oleksii, the best embryologist. His expertise is undeniable, and you can tell how deeply committed he is to his work. Behind the scenes, he plays such a critical role, and knowing someone so skilled and meticulous was caring for something so precious gave me immense peace of mind.
