Mother Mrs Boatwright passed in 2015-a petition was done in 2017 My sister lived in the home along with my niece took item across state line, The so called Administrator never sever me was unknown about any administrator until I arrived in 2021 from NC The upstairs unit where mother resigned at there was no metor or electric on my niece lived down stair the mortgage was $36,000.00 when mother passed but still $36,000.00 when I received a bank statement in 2021. When I arrived all the doors was booked seeked information from Surrogate Courts everything else was a NIGHT MARE-There was no accountability for the administrator by moving in his daughter to harrass me no accountability for false allegations against me and no accountability for not doing the court order that was ordered by the court. Then he sold my mother's estate without a proper informal accounting that I petition for them the Administrator evicted me but not his daughter I asked earlier on to purchase the property even after paying the taxes. The attorney stated 136.000-but sold it for $89, 000 to friends. I've been battling in probate til this day nobody getting served no will no accountability of Breaching fiduciary's duty this was the worst judge in my opinion because there clearly was a conflict of interest and self dealing and favoritism the family that lived their owed the estate 151,000.00 but yet I got evicted and no accountability for the lack of his duty
