From the very beginning, we were met with a level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care that truly set this team apart. Our journey to starting a family was not an easy one. We were navigating complex genetic concerns and often felt like the odds were stacked against us. It was an emotional and overwhelming time, but Dr. Zimmerman and the entire team gave us something we so desperately needed: hope. Dr. Zimmerman is not only exceptionally knowledgeable, but also deeply compassionate, patient, and reassuring. She took the time to explain every step, answer every question, and guide us through decisions with confidence and care. We always felt like we were in the best possible hands. The nursing staff is equally outstanding, and we are especially grateful for Valerie, who consistently went above and beyond for us. Her kindness, responsiveness, and unwavering support made such a difference throughout our journey. Whether it was a quick question, a moment of anxiety, or needing clarification, she was always there with patience and warmth. What truly makes this clinic exceptional is the consistency and dedication of the entire team. Every interaction felt personal. Calls and messages were answered promptly, guidance was always clear, and we never felt like just another patient. Instead, we felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Because of this incredible team, we now have a positive outcome that once felt out of reach. That is something we will carry with us forever. I was very reluctant to write about Dr. Randi Goldman because after I am done, I know I will probably have to fight all of you for remaining appointments to see her. However, my heart is full, and the joy she and her team have bestowed upon me needs to be shared. Fertility can encompass a myriad of emotions, is deeply personal, and yet can feel foreign and ambiguous. This is where Dr. Randi Goldman excels. She makes the entire process safe, relatable, and transparent. I only believe it’s because that is genuinely who she is!!! I stumbled upon her by accident during a workshop on women’s health. (We will thank the man upstairs and my homegirl D for the stumble! Yasss & Amen!) Online she seemed great, and when I met her, she was even better. My first appointment felt like I was catching up with a friend and sharing some updates about my life and goals. That may seem weird, but when you think about the conversations and experience you may undergo in a fertility center, you want to know that someone cares. She was thorough and kind. She explained all the steps and broke down all the medical terms at a level I could digest. No matter what procedure you are undergoing, there is a lot of vulnerability. You will either go through blood work, take injections, do sonograms, get undressed, or have surgery, and your mind will be consumed with questions, concerns, doubts, hope, and anticipation; you want to feel safe and respected. My concern was—would the kindness and care stop with her? The good news is her entire team is a vibe, especially at these early hours you're in!!! Shout out to Laura, Doreen, and Sepora! Every time I went for an appointment, I was treated with the dignity I deserved. At a fertility clinic—there will be a lot of people in your “hooha” (that is a word), and you want to feel protected and respected. The rooms were always warm, clean, and prepared so I could relax and focus on the tasks at hand. The center was a well-oiled machine. I go to many doctor offices, and I am used to waiting, but at the clinic, they have you in and out. The one time I had to wait—they brought snacks and beverages and apologized. These were good snacks too. I mean apple juice, graham crackers, water, saltines… you name it! I don’t know what procedure you may want to have done. Naturally, if you are thinking about a fertility clinic, the odds are that you want to have children someday. They say that it takes a village to raise a child, and biology tells us it takes two to make one. However, there is something incredible about Dr. Randi Goldman and her team. The way they support and care for you is the beginning of that village, which, for me, adds a wholeness to this process that I never knew I could have or that existed. It brings me pause knowing that I have prepared myself, my future child, and my family because I have a good village behind me. Listen—I have a great GYN doctor, so I avoided a fertility clinic because I didn’t think I needed to. However, a fertility clinic isn’t just entirely about a lack of; it is the beginning too. My wife and i switched to Northwell Fertility in October 2023 and it has been a journey since than. Dr Singer and all the nurses and staff in the Manhasset office have been nothing short of amazing. The staff is always caring, kind and compassionate. Dr Singer has always been compassionate, always taking our concerns seriously via email, calls and texts. My wife and i both have endometriosis and he cared for each of us individually with such kindness, patience and compassion. Him and his staff are always very attentive and respond back asap no matter the question or concern. Dr Singer sent me for further testing with an immunologist and hematologist after my miscarriage and chemical pregnancy to be sure nothing else was going on. He ran all the tests possible and ensured i was feeling confident in our group decisions. Him and his team are truly the best and we couldn’t ask for a better fertility team. I’m now almost 8 weeks pregnant because of all his hard work and dedication.

Dr. Goldman is truly the best! She is the type of doctor that goes above and beyond for her patients. She loves what she does and you can see it in her work. Everyone in Northwell Fertility treat you like family. Dr. Goldman’s nurse Keren is the absolute best! Always in the best mood, ready to answer any questions you have. At any procedure she always gives you a peace of mind and reassurance that you need. Will highly recommend to anyone going through this journey.

Please go somewhere else especially if you are self-pay. There is no personalized treatment despite the above average price tag. The doctors here are using the same cookie cutter protocols for all. They also don't give you direct answers or opinions (guessing due to liability), then why are we "consulting" with a doctor when the doctor cannot give you any useful info/recommendations? They are telling you "may be we will have better luck" without trying to change their protocols... I don't regret going through the treatments to try, but I regret going to this clinic and kept going a second time when there were so many red flags, was so new and desperate! I am lucky, I moved clinic and had success first try with them. Ladies, please advocate for yourself, don't waste time and money here!

So far I’m disappointed in the way I was spoken to when to with trying to make an appointment. I have no idea what the process is but I was put in hold immediately, spoken to with an attitude and rushed. I’m considering canceling my appointment. I plan on calling to speak to the persons supervisor to help her do better in customer service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Mary E. Rausch over a decade ago. Despite being under her care for a serious fertility condition (stage four in endometriosis), I felt treated like a number rather than a person. She would rush thorough every appt. I had with her. She displayed little patience or empathy for my situation and continued administering IVF treatments, even though she privately admitted to a colleague that she knew they wouldn’t work. This approach not only wasted time and resources but added to the emotional toll of the fertility journey. Fortunately, I eventually switched to a different fertility doctor who took the time to understand my condition and offer effective solutions. Thanks to that doctor, I now have three beautiful children, and I am forever grateful for their care and expertise. I share my experience as a caution to others about Dr. Mary E. Rausch. If you are seeking compassionate and competent fertility care, I would advise exploring other options. Your journey deserves a doctor who listens, cares, and provides treatments that truly offer hope and progress.

I could not say enough good things about this place. Dr. Zimmerman, and her nurses/staff, May, Sandra, and Valerie treated me so great, so kind, always got back to me quickly and were really there for me every step of the way. All of the other doctors and ultrasound technicians I have seen were always nice and answered all of my questions patiently and I never felt rushed which was important to me. I came here to this facility after a few failed IUI’s elsewhere unsure of starting IVF and was reassured in the best way that it could work for me. It was a long process but they are there for you every single step of the way. I am now 11 weeks pregnant with my IVF miracle after just one transfer and I cant thank this place enough, Me and my fiance are forever blessed and grateful for the care that we have received in this facility!
