Went to her for hormone therapy. After one short face to face, we decided to continue & get blood work. A week & half later she calls to tell me she thinks I have cancer (from one blood test) & to immediately get an appt with a hematologist. Of course I did! After saying it’s highly unlikely that the tests were off, I asked if I could take another just to rule out. Fortunately, I was able to get into see hematologist the next week. After two visits & blood work he said absolutely nothing was wrong with me & was very confused as why I would be sent to him. I called her office trying to get results from second blood work during this time. Finally, a week later someone from office (not her) called & said everything is fine. You are ok. What??!! She just told me I had cancer. So $3,000 later thank God everything is ok. However that was just plain wrong. Hope this never happens to anyone else.

Always a great experience with Dr Gilmore. Every one on her team is always so professional and welcoming. I’ve never felt awkward at all here. Will recommend her to all of my ladies friends looking for a doctor.

I really wanted to see Dr. Gilmore but the receptionist in the front is very unprofessional. Today is February 3, 2020 I made it to my appointment at 2pm and she argued with me that I missed my appointment that it was at 9am when I showed her there's text and email to confirm my appointment she told me that I was lying. Went and spoke with another lady after I had the proof that they sent to me to remind me about my appointment. She went asked the lady in the back and came back to the front saying we'll just see you anyway but it was the time I'd my appointment. She said that she spoke with me and confirmed that my appointment was at 9am which was a lie. I've never known it to be ok to argue with a patient especially someone that's not being rude. She has a very snobbish attitude and looks down on patients. I was so disappointed in the service that I recieved. She told me my copay was $15 I gave her a twenty I thought she gave me five ones but she gave me $15 dollars back and proceeded to call me a thief. Dr. Gilmore you really need someone in the front of your office to represent you better. Your practice deserves so much better. She is the first and last contact person with your company and she is very unprofessional.

Dr. Gilmore and her team are very professional, wonderful, and helpful. I was referred to Dr. Gilmore 2 years ago after having multiple Doctors tell me that the large fibroid growing outside my uterus was not removable and no chance at having children. Also, was told from other Doctors that I needed to have a hysterectomy. Doctor Gilmore worked with me on getting the fibroid removed, and the anniversary from having my surgery I found out I was pregnant. I am so very thankful for Doctor Gilmore and her team! Thanks to her I now have a healthy baby girl, and she also referred me to a Doctor to help with the delivery of my baby. Doctor Gilmore is straight to the point of what ever is going on, just have faith.

I first visited Dr. Gilmore when I was diagnosed with fibroid,s in my uterus. It was then she recommended removing through surgery. She performed the surgery and was so great to me before and after surgery. She gave me the best care I have ever received from a doctor. She made sure I was comfortable and doing the things I needed to do to get better. After that she has been my doctor going on ten years. She is kind and always concerned about how I am feeling. She lays out my options for medication or procedures when I need it. I have recommended her to many people from which most have ended up her patients. I can honestly say she is committed to her patients and to giving the best health care possible. She continues to learn and educate herself on new technology to better serve her patients. I am very proud to call her my Doctor.
