MCRM Fertility

The lack of communication, compassion, and customer service here deserves negative stars. To be in a field where all those things should be priority and to literally not value them is saddening. From the start we had nothing but problems. They would tell us the cost was one thing then call us weeks later saying we owed more money. We paid for all the testing and then had to continually call and ask what the next steps were to move forward with IVF. Only to never have clear communication. They put my husband on medicine and then said they didn't know why they put him on it. We finally decided we were going to use a different company due to the lack of communication and on going issues. We then a few months later had someone reach out from MCRM to ask us if we were still interested we stated the prior issues we had, they insisted they would correct things and wanted to help us. We were planning on moving forward with a cycle, there was a lack of communication, pricing increased and then they called us Non-stop for like two weeks trying to get us to sign the papers for the cycle and pay them. We decided that we did not feel comfortable moving forward. Now here we are weeks later and they are saying we owe money from our initial visits in September. All this to be said, we have spent about $4000 to be told we need to IVF. It has been nothing but a waste of time, energy and money. I can't understand how they are in the business of dealing with people who are already going through a tough situation and make it worse. Would not recommend. Thank you MCRM for making my IVF journey more difficult than it already is.

Would never recommend anyone to MCRM. They are probably good for "cookie cutter" protocols but NOT for special cases. Their Billing department is a complete joke and NEVER return phone calls. Please take your business to Pinnacle Fertility in Tulsa, you will not regret it! I have been successful 1st try with them unlike YEARS of disappointment with MCRM.

So incredibly thankful for everyone here that helped us get our family started. They are truly the reason we will be welcoming our baby girl this fall. Everyone we interacted with were super friendly and helpful, always thoroughly answered any and every question we had about our iui process and more. The only struggle we had was getting ahold of billing and getting our questions answered. Would absolutely recommend MCRM

We had a wonderful experience with MCRM Fertility. We utilized this clinic for our egg retrievals and frozen embryo transfer, and from start to finish we were treated with genuine love, respect, and compassion. The clinic is clean, private, and made us feel comfortable during every visit. Thanks to the incredible care and support from the MCRM team, we were able to welcome a beautiful baby boy into our family by completing IVF. We are forever grateful and highly recommend MCRM to anyone on their fertility journey. 💙

This place was such a blessing to us! We were trying for our second child for about six months before being referred to MCRM. We were met with such kindness and professionalism once we got there and throughout our whole experience. We did one round of IUI and it was successful. We are expecting our baby boy in June! I can’t say enough great things about MCRM and their amazing team!
