We haven’t had the surgery yet, but we are already beyond amazed! Monika has been incredible from the very start—her professionalism, patience, and genuine care have truly wowed us. Dr. Bustaba also went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. We couldn’t ask for a better team!

I cannot believe how easy and relatively painless the vasectomy was. The nurse was great and helped calm my nerves cause I was nervous. Once the procedure was done I realized there was no reason to be nervous. Dr. Bastuba talked to me through the procedure and this man knows what he is doing. Fantastic Dr! There was another Dr assisting him, and he too was fantastic. 3 hour ride home with minimal discomfort. Woke-up today feelin pretty good. No pain meds were needed what so ever. None. Swelling was minimal and no bruising. Ice as I should and have had no pain. I cannot recommend San Diego Vasectomy Center enough! The entire staff is amazing. I have already recommended them to a couple friends. Don’t be scared or nervous. The procedure is nothing. Just do what you’re supposed to afterwards! JT

5 stars, amazing service. I was scared to get the procedure, but they have this whole process dialed - it's seriously like 15 minutes. I liked the laughing gas, def worth it. I've heard a couple horror stories about vasectomies, but Dr. Bastuba made sure the process was super simple. Really the biggest pain was scheduling it - they were booked out like 2 months when I got an appointment.

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Bastubas office! It was an extremely pain free and comfortable experience for me. I honestly haven’t felt better! With 4 kids and rising cost in California I am grateful for this procedure, I honestly have not had one negative side affect thus far! Praise God!

I didn’t know I was going to a comedy show to get a vasectomy but it was truly a hilarious experience..maybe the nitrous had a part in it but either way it was a great overall experience from start to finish. The whole staff were very professional and organized. Dr B had the perfect blend of professionalism and comedic relief to bring some levity to a procedure that comes with a great deal of anxiety. Mel was a godsend with the nitrous..don’t think twice, get the nitrous and you won’t regret it. Tanya was awesome and capped off all the details. Overall a very caring staff and pleasant surprise to how painless the procedure itself was.
