Main Line Fertility

This place sucks. Dr Bloom and her team are the most unresponsive medical staff on the planet. Countless messages and calls and no answers. They add stress to an already stressful experience and never apologize or take accountability. They’re never in the office and the staff that is there can never answer any questions at all. Save your time and your money. Go elsewhere. This place is garbage and has ruined our family planning experience. Mainline fertility is awful. Dr bloom is a mirage. She’s never around and never speaks with you. Even when you request a call back she defaults to the stupid app to send messages instead of taking 5 minutes to make a phone call. Go elsewhere. The reviews praising bloom and her team are a fallacy.

After two years of trying, my doctor suggested my husband and I see a fertility specialist. With many specialists around the area, we were unsure which to choose. My neighbor suggested Main Line Fertility, as one of her co-workers was at the time, on #2 IVF baby from MLF. We started our appointments in June 2025 with Dr. Brasile & NP Rachel. We decided to start with IUI due to the cost of IVF. Our first round was unsuccessful. The second round produced a positive pregnancy test, only to find out 2 days later we had lost the pregnancy. As you can assume, we were absolutely devastated. 2+ years of negative results, insane amount of hormones, needles, etc., turned into a major heart break. MLF was there for us every step of the way and did not let that stop us. They would not let that bring us down and they kept us on track. We had to wait another month for my body to recover before trying for a third round of IUI. In the meantime, we met with Dr. Brasile to discuss next steps in case of another failed IUI attempt. We were prepared to move on to IVF in the new year. To our surprise, two weeks later we found out the third round of IUI was a success and I was pregnant again! We continued our appointments with MLF for about a another month before they released us to our OB. I want to thank Dr. Brasile, Rachel, Heather, all nurses and staff at MLF (Havertown specifically). Every single one of you made it possible for my husband and I to start a family. You all made our dreams come true. I am now 18 weeks pregnant with a baby boy, ETA August 1st. If it wasn't for the dedicated team at MLF, our hearts would still only be half full. THANK YOU!!

Dr. Bloom made our first fertility clinic appointment such a great experience. From the moment we walked in, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Bloom was extremely knowledgeable and really took her time explaining everything to me and my wife, which made us feel comfortable and confident moving forward. Based on our first visit alone, we would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone. We can’t wait to go back.

Dr Bloom and her entire team felt like family right off the bat. Everyone was always so kind, reassuring and truly took their time with us every appointment. I alway felt seen, safe and heard. We officially are pregnant and graduated from the clinic a week ago and miss them already! I highly recommend Dr bloom and her entire team.

Dr. Bloom and her team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. I came transferred from another facility that had closed and the care provided by Dr. Bloom was the most thorough and supportive care I have ever received.
