After struggling with infertility for years, my husband and I decided to try one last time and went to Kofinas Fertility. I was defeated, depressed, and overwhelmed when I met Dr. Harry, but from the very first conversation, I instantly felt safe. We started with a lighthearted chat, and then he got serious and focused on finding answers. What stood out most was his sincerity and determination. It never felt forced. He truly wanted to understand what was happening and help me move forward. Dr. Harry ordered extensive testing that other physicians had overlooked. He listened carefully to my concerns, respected my thought process, and worked with me on an approach that felt right for us. Fast forward two years later, and I am now expecting my second child. Both pregnancies happened spontaneously and were given the best of the best care. I am forever grateful to Dr. Harry and the entire team for changing my life. Thank you

We love Dr. C and all of the staff at the Brooklyn location! They treated us like family from the very beginning and made us feel safe, cared for and hopeful. We have our beautiful daughter because of them and we couldn't be more grateful. We stop by often for visits and it's always special to be there.

I am very grateful that Dr C. was my fertility doctor at Kofinas. From our initial consult to a successful embryo transfer, Dr. C was professional and kind. He involved you in your care plan and did not force you to do anything unnecessary. He is a gentle surgeon and I always felt comfortable in his hands. He blessed me with my daughter and now son on the way. The nurses and techs are wonderful. The space is clean. Though everyone's journey is different, I think you will be happy with your care.

This is the best clinic with the best doctor I been to in the search of starting IVF. Doctor C is an amazing doctor and does everything possible for the treatment to work. I did one egg retrieval with low AMH and at 39. My first transfer worked and I am now 21 weeks pregnant with my little miracle. Everyone that works there is kind and helpful. This was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life.

Dr. Narine and Dr. Kofinas completely botched my FET cycle. At the outset, this clinic had difficulty accessing my cervix and when I repeatedly asked Dr. Narine to dilate before my FET to avoid this, she flatly ignored my requests and dismissed me. I woke up from my FET to learn that Dr. Kofinas had cancelled my cycle since he wasn’t able to access it, as I had already predicted would happen. This was heartbreaking for me because I spent thousands and they wasted my time, money, my tries with my insurance and a whole year of my life. The botched FET was absolutely an error on their part because they simply refused to listen to the patient. When I told Dr. Narine that she was already aware of this and could’ve addressed this before my FET her only response was “point well taken.” This clinic put me in the position of having to move my last embryo to another facility simply because of the doctor’s negligent handling of my care. Dr. Narine called me up after my cancelled cycle and her solution was: “I will show Dr. Kofinas how to do the transfer during another mock transfer.” The fact that a younger doctor has to show a more experienced doctor how to do his job is simply jarring and unacceptable. There were many other issues like understimulating me during my stims so that I only had two embroys to even try with, while other clinics stimulate at a much higher level. This clinic also lost my husband’s blood sample and made him come back in to redo his bloodwork for his genetic testing and did not even apologize. They make everyone go through a completely unnecessary mock cycle only to waste your time and money and push back your FET. I also requested my records and found out that Dr. Narine wrote in her notes that she advised me on a number of things, including discussing metformin and the risks of IVF, when she never actually did. Also, one of the nurses, I don’t remember her name, also became very hostile with me when I simply asked another nurse what else I could do to supplement my regimen. Rather than being a kind, caring nurse, she was gaslighting me and angrily telling me that whatever I do will stress me out meanwhile she was standing there literally stressing me out. The front desk women also have an extraordinary attitude problem. I really don’t understand how these people are even in business when they have employed people at the front desk who essentially roll their eyes at you to your face. I also found out that this clinic has Dr. Kofinas do ALL the transfers meanwhile the doctor handling your entire cycle will not do the actual transfer. This is why Dr. Kofinas did not know my history, nor bother to address my cervix issue, meanwhile a doctor at another clinic was able to overcome it. My last point is that this clinic will overcharge you and make you go through a host of unnecessary procedures only to botch the entire process on their own anyway. This clinic has treated me like I’m an ATM machine and not a patient…when patients like me are in an extremely vulnerable position with these clinics and the journey is an extremely sensitive, personal, and a high stakes one for us. Rather than understanding that, they treat you like you’re a talking wallet and nothing else. I should not have to be writing this review at all. I should be holding my first born child right now, but they essentially robbed me of this hope by taking advantage of me as a patient.
