Kings County Surrogate’s Court

I certainly do not have any problem with this court I was there a few years ago that my brother look passed away and I had to get me and my husband had to get a voluntary letter of a ministration We did what they told us to do They were the most pleasant people Lisa Mannis and McDaniel they helped me and my husband through thick and thin I wish everybody was so professional as these two people are now I had gone back because my husband passed away and he was the executive of my brother-in-law so now that house to be transferred to me which I have to be the voluntary administration I sent all my documents into them and I'm just waiting for them to contact me I just want to make sure they got all my documents in the right order and it wently directly to them I can't say nothing bad about this court They are excellent professional and understanding especially when they know you lost a loved one and before my husband was my brother-in-law and my daughter and they were right there on the spot I congratulate you though for being the best God bless you

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Guided me through the steps I had to take. The staff was very patient. I had 4 encounters with the staff and they were very professional.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Not a long wait. Convenient notary location across the street. Really helpful. They should put more forms online to save us all time. That’s the downside. The rest is very covetous and professional

It would be nice if someone there would answer the phone there not just direct it to a voicemail that never gets answered. You people are dealing with family members that has lost someone that is important to them. These family members can be out of state or not in the area and need some guidance on the next step instead they get a dial tone

Zero stars are needed. This place is giving me nightmares okay. NOBODY is on the same page and the miscommunication is crazy. I've been handling my Aunt's Estate since March. And everytime I turn around there's something else I need or wasn't supposed 2 do 1st. How am I supposed 2 know that I'm not a lawyer had me getting paperwork notarized 4 nothing. I'm so discouraged.
