Kindbody – Walnut Creek

Kindbody is amazing. There's no one I trust more to get me pregnant. I haven’t had success yet, but as long as I don’t give up, they aren’t giving up on me. They are honest while still encouraging. They are comforting and compassionate. I feel like they really care about me and my journey. It’s also clear that they know their stuff! I’ve had the privilege of visiting both the Walnut Creek and San Francisco offices. The staff, nurses, and my doctor are all wonderful.

Kindbody has been a good experience for me start to finish from consults to egg retrieval to graduating after IVF transfer with a pregnancy. Billing dept is a little hard to get a hold of at first but once you transition to care, all the nurses and doctors are great at Walnut Creek location. Always a smiling face and I enjoyed my (not fun) appointments. They even have little snacks etc.

We had a wonderful experience with Kindbody. From the very beginning, the team provided exceptional care and attention. The staff was warm, professional, and always made us feel comfortable and at ease during what can be a very emotional and stressful journey. Every step of the process was explained clearly, our questions were always answered, and we felt genuinely supported the entire time. We’re so grateful for their compassion, expertise, and dedication.

Navigating IVF can be overwhelming, but my experience at Kindbody has been nothing less than incredible! I felt supported and comforted every step of the way. The kindness, attentiveness, and grace shown by the doctors, practice coordinators, medical assistants, sonographers, nurses, and the lab staff made the whole process an overall positive experience. Every single person my husband and I have interacted with has been patient and encouraging, they really take the time to thoroughly explain the process and answer every question with compassion. We are so grateful for Kindbody!

After four IVF cycles, we are officially 10 weeks pregnant — and we couldn’t be more grateful to the amazing team at Kindbody! From day one, the doctor and nurses were absolutely wonderful — knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in our journey. Every visit was easy-peasy, and the entire process felt organized and stress-free compared to our experiences at other clinics. No IVF cycle is ever truly easy, but this facility made it feel like a breeze. The staff always took the time to answer our questions, celebrate our milestones, and make us feel cared for every step of the way. It’s absolutely worth the commute for the quality care and support we received. We can’t thank them enough for helping make our dream a reality! 💕
