My experience has been excellent with KindBody. I have been in other fertility clinics but KindBody is fertility care. I love it here. The customer care team response time is very rapid. When I got to the Newport Beach clinic the receptionist must have seen me lost on the camera because she called me either to give me directions or to tell me my appointment was starting. Either way she was super sweet about it. My ultra sound tech explained things to me like no one ever had & helped em to feel empowered & confident in moving forward. Also the lady who drew my blood was amazing. Everyone was very welcoming & I definitely needed that reassurance.

Dear Kindbody management - We received an email from Kindbody on 6/9/26 notifying us that any frozen specimens will be transported from California to Massachusetts and in a same day follow up call to the number provided in the notice I have been informed this will begin as soon as next week. You have given us potentially only days’ notice to figure out an alternate lab to transport everything to or everything is going to be shipped fully across the country. Your employees have stated they do not know anything about this process and cannot provide any additional information or written assurances our specimens will be held at the Kindbody lab until I have an opportunity to find an alternate lab locally or any specific timeline for the potential transfer. This is unacceptable and upsetting. Please have your general counsel or a knowledgeable employee reach out to me immediately so we can actually have a productive conversation and written assurance or we will be forced to escalate to protect our specimens. It is unfathomable your company would treat patients like this when such important and sensitive materials are at stake. Edit: In response to Kindbody’s reply, yet again you failed to provide any assurances that a request to transfer specimens to a lab of our choosing is even an option that you can/will honor and you continue to push a lab on us that is on the opposite side of the country. I would love for you to reach out privately to discuss further as I have reached out numerous times and received very little information. I have already called the general phone number you provided. It appears all your employees are very confused and have been provided little guidance. To reiterate, have your general counsel or a knowledgeable employee reach out to me immediately so we can actually have a productive conversation and written assurance or we will be forced to escalate to protect our specimens.

We had a wonderful experience at Kindbody and are so grateful for the care we received. Dr. Sundheimer and the nurses we worked with were incredibly warm and supportive. The clinic itself was always clean, bright, and welcoming, which made every visit a positive experience. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone on their fertility journey.

My husband and I are beyond grateful for Kindbody, especially Dr. Sundheimer, Dr. Kathiresan, and the amazing teams in Santa Monica, San Diego, and Newport Beach. Our first IVF was successful from the very first transfer, blessing us with our beautiful baby boy. We recently returned for another embryo transfer and are now currently pregnant, once again successful on the first try with no complications. The doctors are thorough, compassionate, and truly take the time to make sure everything is perfectly ready before moving forward. When we first began our journey, Santa Monica was the closest location to us, even though it was about three hours away. We never regretted the travel because the care we received was absolutely worth it. This time, Kindbody made everything so much easier with their excellent coordination between locations—our transfer was done in Santa Monica, while labs and ultrasounds were conveniently done in San Diego, where we live. We would also like to give a special thank you to Julie and Gabby at the San Diego location, and Natalie and Katie at the Newport Beach location. When our journey was coming to an end, Julie and Gabby surprised us with a thoughtful gift, warm wishes, and a beautiful card filled with their kind messages, which we will always cherish. The entire staff is professional, caring, and incredibly responsive. Kindbody truly creates miracles, and we highly recommend them to anyone considering IVF. They are amazing!
