To be honest,when I first walked in I had a weird feeling since that was my first time.but as time goes, I realized it was all my imagination,the kind of feeling I had earlier was gone.The entire team have worked diligently answering all my questions,always ready to provide their services I felt well taken care....The day before my egg retrieval, I was tense I couldn't sleep.That morning, I received a call from kindbody care team asking if im coming and how am feeling which a lighten my spirit .When I walked in,I was greeted with a wide smile asking if am ready,everything was done professionally till the end...can't wait what to see my next face.they are great on what they do.

It was a bad center, and the finance department's dealings were extremely poor. I do not recommend it; they are bad people. This center is terrible financially. The agreement before starting anything was for 14,000 (currency unspecified), but the withdrawal was delayed for several months due to my health condition. When I resumed taking my medication, they increased the amount by 5,000. Once, they detained me for a whole hour and wanted to postpone my appointment because I still owed 3,000. I'm very upset because my financial situation is weak, and I borrowed the money. In my opinion, the financial department doesn't understand people's circumstances and doesn't deserve more than one star. Is there anything less than one star for you? I'll give you the worst rating. I have over $20,000 and you don't ask for $120, and you don't even check the entire account before the transaction. You really have no shame or decency. Now they are sending me emails saying I have an outstanding bill that I won't pay, even though they know I paid all the bills before the procedure because they refused to schedule the surgery until l paid. I warn everyone who deals with this center to be careful of them because they are scammers. Why is this unethical behavior in their treatment of patients? They are only interested in making money.
