Kettering Reproductive Medicine

I've been a patient here for 3 years and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone for fertility treatments. I've been seen 6 times this year to discuss fertility options and each time I'm told "come back and we'll discuss a plan". Each time they push IVF, instead of other options we haven't even tried. At this point, I'm pretty sure they just want my copay and $20k for IVF. The kettering front desk staff is incredibly rude. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!

Went here for the first time last week. Sat in the waiting room for 45mins. Was at the office for a total 2hrs. Nobody in the waiting room this entire time. I just get a gut feeling this isn't the place for my health management needs long term. I saw 1 other patient, he drove an hr for an appt and was told his insurance didn't cover the visit. I felt so bad for him..I have a full time job and the length of this appt was horrible to say the least. Letters for their practice on the wall missing, and only 1 Nurse practitioner and 1 MA at this office. Something isn't right..

Truly an amazing place. I can't tell you how many places turned me/us away due to my weight.. they helped conceive our son and multiple attempts for a second baby. The staff is caring, supportive, and patient. Will always recommend Kettering for fertility treatments.

I went to this clinic and had a successful pregnancy with Dr Karnitis. Him and his staff were amazing and truly invested in your journey. They will always be a 5 star group! I came back for a surprise pregnancy and there is basically an entire new staff. Most are rude. They made me repeat my information and verify insurance multiple times and ways because “their systems didn’t communicate”. The level of incompetence and blatant lack of compassion and caring was obvious. I even had to call my actual OB for heparin needles that were an appropriate size as the staff argued with me about what sizes needles come in( I’m in the medical field) and was initially prescribed the appropriate size needles during my first pregnancy FROM the same clinic yet when I asked them to look up my old treatment record they just argued with me telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I no longer recommend this practice.

The doctors and staff at this office are a standard to be met. We sought their help to conceive after much difficulty. The staff was always attentive, and Dr. Karnitis always took time to answer my questions. They were always sensitive to my needs (hormones!) and patient with us. They really have the whole package. They run the office efficiently and return calls in a timely manner. Due to our relocation, I was not able to continue care with them, but after fighting and struggling with my new doctor, I realize how special everyone at Kettering Reproductive is. Thanks to them for making my experience with them a pleasant one.
