I had to have an SIS ultrasound and I was EXTREMELY nervous and unwell at the thought of it. Minutes before we started Adriana Ballestas literally said “we’re doing this together” and I came out of the other side of fear perfectly fine! I completely recommend her. Not only did she make me feel comfortable during the procedure but she also understood that I was afraid and didn’t take that away from me. She was completely patient and spoke to me the entire time. Her assistant Nairobi was AMAZING as well at getting me through it all and if it wasn’t for them two and Daniela, I probably would’ve canceled the appointment out of straight fear. Completely recommend!

I truly thank Dr. Gelman and his amazing team for everything they have done for me during my IVF journey. It has been 2 years following with this clinic, and from the beginning they always treated me with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. I had a lot going on with endometriosis, cysts, and fibroids, and honestly there were times I thought it would be impossible for me to get pregnant. Dr Gelman was very patient with me followed the process step by step and today, thanks to God and the support of this wonderful team, I am finally pregnant via IVF and very grateful. A special thank you to Andrea at the front desk, who always welcomes me with a warm smile and positive energy that truly makes my day. The nurses, special thank you to Ashley and July always available for me for my concerns and the staff are all amazing, caring, patient, and always take the time to explain everything clearly. In my opinion, this is truly the number one IVF clinic. Thank you all for helping make my dream come true.

Our experience with IVFMD was extremely disappointing. We were patients for about 9 months, yet only met with a physician once—at the very beginning. During that initial consultation, we were told that our insurance covered IUI but not IVF. Based on that information, we went through three rounds of IUI, all unsuccessful. Seeking a second opinion changed everything. Another clinic reviewed our benefits and confirmed that IVF was actually covered by our insurance. Realizing we had spent months pursuing the wrong treatment plan was incredibly frustrating and felt like a major waste of time, money, and emotional energy. Communication made matters worse. The clinic requires you to use their Prelude app, but messages often go unanswered. Getting someone on the phone is nearly impossible. Despite paying a mandatory $250 “concierge” fee, we rarely received timely responses. If we didn’t repeatedly follow up, nothing moved forward—we wouldn’t get scheduled or seen. Overall, the process felt disorganized, poorly managed, and lacking accountability. I strongly recommend exploring other fertility clinics before committing here.

My IVF team are above par . They gave us an excellent care and extended knowledge in our journey. Dr. Kenneth Gelman’s team helped us with our questions whenever we needed. Thanks to all the nurses especially Nurse Julie & Ashley. Also “V” at the laboratory who gave advices. They all make sure my wife’s health is the priority. The care we experience are professional and personal at the same time. Yes, it will take time to finish the whole processing, but it’s totally worth it. Dr. Gelman’s is not taking any risks when he knows the success chance is low. I’m truly appreciate what he had done. Thank you Dr. German, Julie and Ashley, of course “V” from the laboratory, you guys really made our journey in IVF unforgettable!

I’m so grateful for the team at IVF MD Cooper City, especially Dr. Gerkowicz and Nurse Samantha. They are both so kind, patient, and truly make you feel cared for every step of the way. Dr. Gerkowicz takes the time to explain everything and put you at ease, and Samantha’s warmth and support mean so much.
