I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Presser and the entire Care IVF team. From the very beginning, I felt safe, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout my fertility journey. Dr. Presser was incredibly attentive to my individual needs and always took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. One of the things I appreciated most was the clear communication. I was often able to communicate directly with Dr. Presser, which gave me tremendous confidence and peace of mind. I never felt like just another patient—he treated me as an individual and tailored my care to my specific situation. The entire team was compassionate, professional, and invested in my success. Dr. Presser has been amazing. We came to him after 12 IVF cycles without getting a euploid embryo and decided to try PRP. From the beginning, he took the time to walk us through our odds realistically, while also looking at the bigger picture and discussing things like supplementation and overall egg health. I really appreciated that he was both honest and holistic in his approach. Since I was out of town, I completed cycles 13 and 14 with my original clinic after the PRP. In cycle 13, for the first time, we were able to retrieve two eggs, and one became a euploid. In cycle 14, we again retrieved two eggs, which resulted in two blasts. Because we had such encouraging results after the first PRP, we decided to do another round of PRP with Dr. Presser before our 15th egg retrieval cycle. We’re so grateful for his care and hopeful about the progress we’ve seen.

I am a nurse at a different clinic and this clinic has been awesome whenever we have outside monitoring patients visit them. Sylvie specifically made sure everything we needed was received, which is not common from a Outside clinic! Thank you all!!
