We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Dr. Thakore, Stephanie, and the entire Pinnacle team throughout our IVF journey. They have made what could have been an intimidating process feel so much easier and have made my wife and I feel comfortable, supported, and cared for every step of the way. Stephanie has been amazing and always responded quickly with detailed answers to any questions we had, which helped ease our worries. We are so grateful for the kindness and compassion shown by the entire staff and would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone starting their IVF journey.

Wow, just where to begin. GR IVF team are absolutely perfect! We were blessed with Emily as our navigator and Haley for scans. Dr Shama was such a blessing to work with. My husband and I started this journey trying for 13 yrs. In 6 months time they helped make our dreams come true. We are blessed with not one but two bundles of joy due to the hard work of this team. The Korte’s are deeply appreciative of you all. Sincerely from the bottom of our hearts. You will all be missed dearly.

So far so good! I enjoy the supportive navigator experience which I am not accustom to based on the experiences with my previous clinic! Will update as we continue on but our first experiences have been very easy and I definitely feel heard and supported so far. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Thakore was a delight to meet and really listened to where we were at and what our previous experiences were to come up with a plan that fits our current goals. I see some concerning reviews left here to have on my radar, but what I can say for initial consultation and some diagnostic testing so far, It’s been nothing short of a very smooth, transparent, and supported process. This is not my first rodeo either. Before we relocated to the area, we had 2 retrievals, 2 fresh transfers and 1 frozen transfer experience with another clinic. While we do have a beautiful daughter from that experience, I can say the communication was lacking and the bulk of the work was on the patient to figure out what the heck they needed to do next with very little guidance. I do not feel that way here yet, it’s been the total opposite and I feel so relieved about it! I hopeful that the experience continues in that positive direction!

Update below due to clinic reaching out: I chose this fertility clinic with high hopes, especially since this was my first experience undergoing IUI. Initially, my experience was very positive. The doctor I met with during my consultation was ultimately the reason I selected this facility. I was also very pleased with the fertility center's use of a texting service for communication, which was efficient, responsive, and convenient. My concerns began when it came to the financial agreement. I was quoted approximately $1,500 and was required to complete monitoring through their office instead of locally (I do not live near the clinic). While I understood that medications were not included, I was under the impression that the quoted amount covered the remaining services related to the procedure. Unfortunately, that was not the case. During the same week as my IUI, I received an additional $200 bill labeled as a “specimen handling fee.” When I inquired about this charge, I was told by my financial advisor that it was "not something they were previously aware of". I attempted to dispute the charge, but it was not waived. This unexpected expense felt misleading, especially given the already significant financial and emotional investment involved in fertility treatments. Additionally, on the day of the procedure, the IUI was performed by a nurse practitioner rather than the doctor I initially consulted with, and I did not have any further communication with my doctor after the initial visit. While I understand that medical teams often work collaboratively, this was not clearly communicated beforehand and felt disappointing. I believe this clinic may be a good fit for some patients, but I wanted to share my experience to provide transparency for others who are considering treatment here, particularly regarding financial clarity and expectations of provider involvement. Edit - I did have someone reach out and advocate on my behalf and had the additional bill of $200 refunded to me. Giving me some good faith in this fertility clinic.

Would not recommend if you value communication and efficiency. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern I would get bounced around on the phone to ultimately have to leave a message and never get a call back. When I got new insurance I contacted office, updated information, and never got assigned a RN and financial navigator even after following up numerous times . I do not feel their office understands or cares that if people are dropping a significant amount of money for IVF that they need transparency, effective communication, and an organized treatment team.
