Attentive care, great communication, supportive environment. I really appreciate all of the doctors and nurses at the IRH that have helped us on our fertility journey thus far. All of the medical staff is great, though Dr. Alexander is who we most regularly saw and I can’t say enough positive words about her. She has helped us through some scary lows and surprising highs. She is clearly extremely well trained in her field but took the time to make me and my partner feel like people, rather than just names on a chart. The IRH is a bustling practice so you always have to leave a voicemail or a message through their online portal (rather than immediately reaching a person) but we always received a response in an appropriately timed manner, sometimes immediately if a quick response was needed. 10/10 stars for the IRH!

IRH and the ENTIRE staff made such a trying and precious time worth every second for us. They are professional, empathetic, and encouraging while building our sweet family. 2 beautiful babies later, we couldn’t be more grateful for our time spent with IRH. Thank you!!!!!! God blessed us with IRH.

After trying for 3 years to have a baby, finding IRH was truly a blessing for my husband and me. After being told we had unexplained infertility, we felt defeated and heartbroken, but from the very first appointment, the team at IRH gave us hope again. Dr. King was amazing; so kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. The nurses were just as wonderful and always made us feel so comfortable and supported. They even knew us by name when we walked in, which meant so much during such an emotional journey. Thanks to Dr. King and the incredible team at IRH, we were blessed with our beautiful baby girl after our very first transfer, and we still have 5 precious embryos waiting for us. We will always be grateful for the love, care, and hope they gave us during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. If you are struggling with infertility, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. King and the team at IRH. They truly care, and they helped make our dream of becoming parents come true.

The nurses and doctors treat you as a person and they make you feel heard. My husband and I had a really hard time getting pregnant and with their help they worked to find the underlying reason and came up with a plan. They made no promises, as they shouldn’t, and they were honest even with the tough news, but always compassionate. They were always upfront and honest about the costs. I always felt like they cared and that I wasn’t just another patient. Although it was a long road, because of IRH- I now have a healthy little boy who is thriving. Without IRH I don’t think I would have ever gotten the privilege to experience motherhood.

IRH has been nothing but a saving grace to our family! Two successful embryo transfers within 3 years. I am forever grateful for the doctors and staff who were by my side throughout this journey! Highly recommend!
