Illume Fertility – Norwalk, CT

I cannot say enough about Illume Fertility. They have been nothing short of wonderful in every aspect of the process, whether it be the ease of scheduling appointments, responsiveness to questions, the efficiency in providing results & necessary information and providing detailed follow ups to reiterate conversations previously had. Although this can be a daunting and stressful journey, every team member I have dealt with from Illume has created such a sense of comfort and I could not appreciate that more as I go through this process. HIGHLY recommend Illume!

I loved this clinic and the staff. They were all so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere of the lobby, and waiting rooms were great as well.

Illume is a welcoming and encouraging place where I always felt supported during our journey. Dr. Richlin and Nurse Maureen provided such thorough consults, answered all our questions, and kept positivity high. I was always excited for my appointments, knowing I was one step closer to our dream of becoming pregnant. Pleased to say after our first transfer I am now 13 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl! Thank you all of the Illume team, we will be back 🙂

One of the things that made a huge difference for me was having support in Portuguese, which helped me feel more comfortable and understood during the entire process. Illume Trumbull was amazing from the start so when I went to Illume Norwalk for egg retrieval I thought I would get the same care. Unfortunately I did not. After my procedure I had mild to severe OHSS. The Dr in Norwalk called and seemed to act as if I was over reacting. When I returned for IV fluids due to severe dehydration he told me my veins were tricky and to just drink a Gatorade. I finally begged for an IV which a wonderful nurse gave to me but I would have been better off going to the ER than trusting Norwalk. Only giving two stars because of the amazing nurse.
