Was referred here and called twice, first time no answer. Second time I was told I had to wait til May to be seen. Such a joke. I understand the one star reviews. The lady who did answer was unpleasant

I came here after switching from another Obgyn that had high ratings after a bad experience. When I switched here I was placed with Dr. Smith she was so kind to me!! She always listened to my concerns and understood and that for me is all that matters. Yes when I call I'll be placed on hold for a minute or 3 but it's mostly because the staff is probably attending to patients that are there. That's very important, just call when you have time it works best for me when I call in the mornings.

Do not go here. They do not care about their patients. I’ve been dealing with health issues for over 2 months and have been rescheduled 3 times. My provider sent my referral multiple times, yet they claimed they never received it and kept delaying my appointments. When my appointment finally came, they called last minute to cancel again due to doctor surgeries and offered no effort to get me in ASAP—even though I’ve been in pain this whole time. Completely unprofessional and shows zero concern for patients’ well-being.

I had an initial appointment with Dr. Laura Gutierrez and she was so nice, the staff was busy, but nice. However, I have been trying to reschedule and every time I call I am placed on hold, I get no answers, and then the line hangs up. They told me Dr. Gutierrez is leaving, and I wanted to schedule an appointment before she left, because I really need help. I’ve given up, I’m just going to find a new obgyn

I love Dr. Claudia Suarez, she is an amazing doctor, and she really listens to me. But for the past 2 weeks I've been trying to book an appointment but no one seems to answer me and always leads to a voice mail- that hasn't been set up. After calling about 10 times today I FINALLY got through and a Lorena answered then before I can start talking- she puts me on freaking hold so she can help someone else. I have never been so frustrated to and then to be put on hold...I'm so mad and pissed to have to go through all of this just to get an appointment
