Tried calling them multiple times over a 3 week period and left multiple voicemails to view their egg donor list and never got a call back. If their communication is this poor off the bat then maybe we dodged a bullet. I would recommend trying Elevate or Beverly Hills egg donation. They both were extremely responsive and helpful.

Seriously can't even begin to describe how different and positive this agency was compared to another local agency I cycled with. As a donor I seriously couldn't ask for a better experience. They were with me through every single step of my donations and made me feel like family. I was so nervous my first donation and they answered every single question and alleviated all my concerns. I have now cycled with them multiple times and seriously recommend every donor to go with them. They are a smaller agency so they really have the time to make you feel like a human and not just a number (which is how a different agency made me feel). Thank you!!! Forever grateful I found you all.

As I'm writing this review my two beautiful kids are playing in the background, they just turned three and full of life. A distant memory is my former life of failed ivf cycles and questionable egg donor agencies. I have Alexis to thank for that! I'm sooo grateful that I found Golden Egg Donation, since I can't imagine a life without my twins. Finding yourself looking for an egg donor agency is such a scary, lonely place to be. It's an unregulated business and at the time I was looking I remember reading about an agency that got convicted for massive fraud. I also didn't see many reviews back in 2016. This is one of the reasons I am writing my first review ever, I want to help anybody who finds themselves on this journey to start your family. I also would like to let Alexis & her team know what an amazing job they did, everything went so smoothly, always prompt replies and great advice. The second I saw Alexis video on her website I felt at ease, she seemed HONEST and like she really was there to help. I had previously worked with another agency (A perfect match) that was trying to brush over the fact that a donor I was interested in turned out to have a serious medical problem that can be inherited. With Alexis and her staff I never had any problems, they returned some money that was owed to me promptly, they had reasonable travel expenses and they were always up front on any potential problem. I also liked the fact that Alexis had been an egg donor herself, I'm so humbled by these amazing women that are so selfless and willing to help. I also thought that must be a huge benefit business wise, for any first time donors she recruits that might be scared or need advise. Anyway can't say enough good thinks about my experience with Golden Egg and best of luck no matter what agency you decide is right for you!

I am a second time donor with The Golden Egg. My first donation was in 2018. Before 2018 I had no idea about IVF, Egg Donation or anything in this field. So I had tons of questions, concerns and was very hesitant at first. But Alexis allowed me to FaceTime her and we talked for hours about the process and she was 100% transparent and honest with me. I felt that my decision to be apart of her agency was the best decision and I was in good hands. Since then, Her and Sabrina have both become like family to me. They are so genuine and devoted to making this process for everyone as easy and painless as possible. I love being apart of this beautiful mission of hers to help others achieve their dreams of starting families of their own.

I’ve been with golden egg for several years and did several donations. My first time was scary, like all new things but Alexis and staff was there every step of the way. Whether it be phone calls, Skype, text, emails. Golden egg was always responsive and there for me. Alexis the owner has also been an egg donor in the past so she knew exactly what I was going through. This was a HUGE comfort for me as I felt Alexis really understood everything I was thinking and had questions for. Golden egg staff really made me feel like a friend and sister which is why I donated with them multiples times. Great experience all around ❤️❤️❤️
