After a long time of trying to get pregnant, miscarriage and tube removal my husband And I finally accepted the fact that we needed ivf if we ever wanted to have kids. Two of my friends went to Dr. Palter and both conceived, I did my proper research and decided to give this clinic a try. Boy, am I happy I did!! These beautiful people did so much for me.. always answered my questions, picked up the phone every-time no matter when. I remember after my transfer I was a bit nervous about a few minor things and it was around 11pm at night. I gave the clinic a call, the machine asked me to leave my number and that I would get a call back, no less than two minutes later Dr. Palter was calling me to ask me what was my concern, he addressed it and quickly made me feel safe and I will never forget his one to one attention, bedside manner and understanding.. he’s truly an angel! The ladies at the office were all so wonderful too, I often miss them and my visits but fortunately this wonderful team of angels all helped me achieve my goal! I got pregnant on the first try.. I always listened to all of Palters recommendations, and let him decide what was best for me. Meditations and keeping busy helped me remain patient during the process because I knew that they knew what was best for me so I listened and did what was asked of me. There were lots of ups and downs, set backs, and challenges along the way but none of us gave up! They always greeted me with a warm smile and guided me the whole way. I am currently 6 months pregnant with baby # 1 and I sure will be back! I am so very grateful to Dr. Palter and his team, they all work together and truly love what they’re doing. I am so happy I came here and you will be too! Keep believing and let them do their job because they know exactly what they need to do to get you to your goal! Be patient and don’t stop trying.. I love this team, and I will always come back to see them and say hello because they were and are such a great part of my journey! I cant recommend them enough! ❤️❤️❤️ UPDATE***** I would like to update that my boy is now a 2 year old beautiful, smart loving toddler. They take the time to get to know you and show you that they really care about you and are invested in your success. Everyone is always kind and friendly and they give you hope and encouragement every step of the way! From the front desk staff, to the nurses, the sonographers, and billing department, everyone you work with is here to help you. My husband and I have had nothing but a positive experience at Gold Coast. They were able to accommodate my work schedule and always found time for me to come in before work. They know you by name and make the experience positive. We did IVF in April of 2024 and I am currently 8 months pregnant with my miracle baby! This journey was not an easy one, but Gold Coast made it as positive of an experience as it could be! I highly recommend them to anyone going through infertility!

I highly recommend Gold Coast IVF. The staff is always welcoming and make you feel super comfortable! From the front desk staff, to where you draw your blood, to the nurses, sonographers, and every single person in between, the staff truly makes the experience so much better! Dr. Paulter is knowledgeable and experienced and we highly recommend scheduling a consultation with this practice! We are really happy with the results as well and can happily say it was a successful IVF treatment and we now have our beautiful baby in our arms!

I cannot say enough good and amazing things about Dr. Palter and Gold Coast IVF. As someone traveling from New Jersey to New York for individualized treatment, everyone there exceeded my expectations. I had several failed infertility treatments at RMA of New Jersey and as soon as I had a 2nd opinion with Dr. Palter, he already had 3 individualized plans he wanted to try with me and my specific case of infertility, which was very different from RMA, where I felt like just another case and following a “one size fits all protocol.” Not only that, Every time I needed someone, it was very easy to contact the nurses. Dominique and Jessica were very quick to call back if I left a message or needed a medication. Being that I was traveling from New Jersey, they were always quick to give me the earliest appointments so I could get back to work in Jersey. The PA Lisa was always so knowledgeable and it was like I was with Dr. Palter all along. Dr. Palter changed/found so many things that my old clinic missed that lead to our first successful embryo transfer after 3 failed IUI’s and 3 failed embryo transfers elsewhere. If you are looking for individualized, personal care plans tailored to you specifically, I would recommend Dr. Palter and Gold Coast IVF a thousand times over! Thank you Dr. Palter and everyone at Gold Coast for making our dreams come true! We can’t wait to meet our son in August!
