If you are struggling with infertility, I highly recommend Dr. Palter and the amazing Gold Coast team. Dr. Palter is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and makes sure he thoroughly investigates your own personal medical circumstances before determining an approach. I always felt well supported and that the agreed approach was best for my own particular circumstances. Additionally, the entire team is kind, compassionate and invested in your success. They are with you to celebrate the wins, grieve the losses and encourage you in moments that feel hopeless. I was able to build my family because of the assistance from Dr. Palter and his incredible team. Highly recommend!

Wonderful office did IVF through them and successfully conceived my daughter. They truly care about their patients and doing whatever is necessary to get you pregnant! Highly recommended!

This review is long overdue. I met with this doctor for a consult and he was so dismissive because I had POI/early menopause, he told me I would need donor eggs, and 2 months later I was pregnant with no intervention and my wonderful son is 1 and a half. I did mention when I met with him that I had 2 early miscarriages before which led me to fertility testing so it was obvious I still had some ovarian function. This consult really discouraged me & after seeing you on Tik Tok I thought you would be more innovative and willing to work with me, please be careful how you treat your potential patients, we’re real people with real feelings and lives outside of fertility, terrible experience.

Dr.Palter and the entire team at Gold Coast IVF are amazing. Starting my journey at another IVF facility where I felt as if I was a number I really did my research to find a place where I would be treated like a person. All I can say is that the entire practice makes you feel as if you are part of the family and met my expectations of how a fertility journey should be. From my morning encounters with front desk, nursing staff and doctors everything was exceptional. Dr.Palter gave me hope from my first appointment and continued to be supportive the entire process.
