Communication was always clear, and they were consistently there for support every step of the way. My pregnancy ended up being high-risk, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for in every possible way. I never felt alone during the process. Abbie, my case manager, was so lovely to work with. She made it easy to ask questions whenever I didn’t understand something and always responded with patience and kindness. Julie helped me with housing since I had to relocate closer to the hospital where I was delivering. It was such a stressful situation, but she handled everything and made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the entire process. Rita stayed on top of all the details, especially with financial support, and made sure communication with the intended parent was smooth and clear so there was never any confusion. That support meant so much. After delivery, Lauren even came to visit me in the hospital to check in and brought me breakfast and coffee. That small but thoughtful gesture meant the world to me. Every single person on the team checked in on me and my family, making sure we felt supported, loved, and cared for. I would recommend this agency to anyone considering surrogacy. I felt completely at peace throughout this journey, knowing I was in such compassionate and capable hands.
