We started working with Gateway recently. We were really undecided on whether to work or not with an agency that the headquarters is located in US soil, but everything else is done outside the US. So far, we’ve been really Blessed! Our surrogate is pregnant and she’s wonderful! Karen and Esh have made our journey more serene. Karen always knows what to say to make me feel less anxious and is always available to speak with. The Dr also has been great and is very detailed when it comes to the visits. My husband and I started with Gateway 2019 but fully committed in 2020. I met with Alex and was drawn to his passion, experience and knowledge to assist us. I wanted to finish the process before leaving any reviews. During the process I worked closely with different staff at Gateway, but Alex stayed in touch the whole time and was the main point of contact. We got weekly updates about the pregnancy. The doctors that handled the process and the Gateway team in Cancun was also extremely nice. Even the Nannies that babysit our daughter after the delivery was very helpful. We had no knowledge of how to care for a newborn and they were very patient and taught us a lot. The US embassy in Merida was very helpful and sent our daughter's passport in two weeks. Overall, it was a good experience, and we are very grateful to Alex, Cay and the staff at Gateway.
