I really enjoyed my process here. Eliza has made everything super easy. Out of state monitoring has been a breeze with her. She explained everything really well. I’ve gone here for several monitoring appointments my test results to come back super fast. The appointments are quick. The facility is clean, and really nice. Her pricing is fair and the same as any other fertility monitoring that I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend coming here if you need monitoring for your IVF or other tests for fertility. I drive over an hour to come see her, and I would every time because of the care and ease that it is having appointments here!

I went to Eliza for out of state monitoring 3-4 years ago and she was very professional, did her job effectively and made the experience seamless. There is a high likelihood I will be back this summer and I’m not upset about it. Very easy going experience.

I am forever grateful for my experience with Eliza at First Steps. She is smart, kind, compassionate, and an excellent communicator. Her flexible scheduling made it possible for me to attend early morning appointments before work and she was also accommodating with weekend appointments when needed. Eliza was always direct and clear with her recommendations while also collaborating with me on my treatment plan. She made me feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the entire process. Eliza has an incredible bedside manner and creates a warm, compassionate environment where I truly felt cared for. Her thoughtful, patient-centered approach helped ease a lot of the anxiety that can come with fertility and women’s health care.

I am from Canada and I popped down to see Eliza for a quick exam that was going to be difficult to obtain locally. She was fantastic. I am gay and have an elevated BMI. I have experienced discrimination from MDs/NPs for these attributes in the past. I experienced none of this with Eliza. She was kind, addressed my concerns, and included me in the test (showing me my results in real time). I felt very reassured by my appointment with her. She has a nice, chaotic, 'get it done' energy - and good bedside manner. I wish I was closer/ American so I could work with her in getting pregnant for sure!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic! After 3 years of struggling with infertility, I came here and felt hope for the first time in a long while. The process was so smooth and easy to navigate, and the Eliza made me feel supported every step of the way. My doctor, Eliza, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly, which gave me so much peace of mind. Thanks to her guidance and care, I got pregnant on my very first medicated IUI cycle here, something I honestly never thought would happen after all the waiting and trying. Another huge positive is how affordable this clinic is compared to others, and they also work with insurance, which makes such a big difference. I am beyond grateful for this clinic and for Dr. Eliza. When the time comes to grow our family again, there is no doubt that I’ll be coming back here. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for compassionate, effective, and affordable fertility care.
