Love everyone at this clinic and our overall experience. From the welcoming front desk, to the phlebotomists and the nurses. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Chilvers since 2023 which resulted in our first pregnancy and now currently pregnant with our second. Dr. Chilvers and her team are so easy to talk to and share any concerns. They have a really quick response time even when just shooting them a message through the portal. Thankful we found this clinic and were able to finally grow our family 💖

This has been the most heartbreaking, devastating experience of my life, made infinitely harder by the team at FST. We did remote monitoring as we are not close to the facility, which we were assured would be fine. It wasn't. On more than one occasion, they misprescribed medication (both over the phone and in writing). I will say it again: They gave me incorrect instructions on medications. Multiple times. Orally and in writing. They often did not "receive" my bloodwork or ultrasound during stimulations. After I spent the afternoon calling and tracking it down, often to understand they received it hours earlier and just weren't paying attention. Rinse and repeat the entire stimulation period. We went back for a second IVF round, thinking the first was just a fluke. It wasn't. This is just how they operate. They were rude, dismissive, unwilling to be proactive in my care. We did two rounds of IVF and out of 18 eggs, we did not have a single embryo. But don't you worry, the financial coordinator will call you every single day looking for payment, asking about insurance, looking for more payments. Often I learned about what my next steps were from the financial coordinator and had to ask to be sent to the patient coordinator for an actual conversation about care. Dr. Goldstein was never on calls or communication -- the patient coordinator spoke with him and relayed what he said. I have no clue how active he was in my care. He wasn't there for either one of my retrievals, and he wasn't the one to call me with the terrible news. When I begged to talk to him after my second failed retrieval, it was going to be a week wait. When we decided to go elsewhere, even getting my medical records took over a week. And when they were sent, they were incomplete. I cannot warn you enough, DO NOT GO HERE. At your absolute toughest and most vulernable, you will be diminished, overwhelmed, and stressed by this team. You are part of their IVF factory and nothing else. We are keeping the hope and going somewhere else where the doctor and team show a genuine care to help.

From the very beginning of my IVF journey at this clinic, I have felt surrounded by an extraordinary team whose expertise and compassion have blessed us with the most perfect baby boy and I cannot thank them enough! I left a different clinic previously due to insurance reasons but am so glad we did because the Fertility Specialist of Texas was much more organized and the easy communication with the staff was one of the most comforting aspects when timing is crucial in everything of this journey. Dr. Chilvers is incredibly thorough and explained things in detail to my husband and me. She is very realistic and straight to the point and although I struggled at times she really listened to my needs and would allow me to collaborate on what I felt comfortable with. She offered a prayer after transfers and it always felt heartfelt and touching to us. I highly recommend her because she will do what she can to make sure your prayer is answered! Hadleigh was our nurse coordinator and is hands down the rockstar of the clinic- I do not know what I would have done if she was not the coordinator of our care. From every single question or grievance I had no matter how small, she made sure to answer to the best of her ability and in detail and made me feel more than just a patient in the clinic. You can tell how passionate she is about patients and their individual journeys. Her compassion and attention made me feel truly seen and heard, and I am so thankful for that. Christine did most of my ultrasounds and I will never forget how kind and encouraging she was throughout the process- even coming to visit during transfer and in other appointments that I had even in those that did not involve ultrasounds (in order to provide me comfort and positivity). She helped me stay hopeful on the toughest days, and I’m incredibly grateful for her endless positivity and her cheerful attitude! You will be so blessed if she walks in to do your scans! I had several phlebotomists but I mostly remember Bella, Tiffany, and Alexis that made me feel more than just a patient to them. I can’t thank them enough for remaining cheerful during the seemingly endless lab tests and for showing compassion when I felt down. They are such a crucial part of this process so their kindest and professionalism was appreciated. If you’re looking into clinics and having any hesitation at all I definitely recommend Dr. Chilvers and her team for their exceptional medical care, and for providing that comfort that you’re not alone. They made me feel cared for, supported, and understood, and that means the world to me and my husband. We would return easily to undergo more care if needed in the future. Thank you for being such an incredible team and we cannot wait to eventually bring our baby boy to meet you all!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Goldstein and his team are amazing! I spent the majority of this year here and honestly I will never forget the people I met. Dr. Goldstein is a miracle worker. Charlotte was always so sweet and understanding everytime I talked to her. I will never forget Michelle. She is a wonderful lady. So sweet and comforting, and I was so happy everytime I got to see her. The phlebotomists were very sweet, they even knew me by my name when I seen them in the lobby 🥹 The front desk met everyone with a smile. You can tell everyone loves their jobs and I think they have the most special job in the world. I spent so much time here it was bittersweet leaving. These people perform miracles everyday. If you are considering this clinic I really hope you come across my review and choose to go here. They changed my life 💗

The entire team made me feel cared for, informed, and hopeful throughout this journey. They answer every question with patience and warmth, and truly make you feel supported every step of the way.
