Fertility Centers of Illinois in Hoffman Estates

I am writing this review after being fortunate enough to get our precious little girl. Dr. Nani was wonderful in setting up a personalized plan and being thorough in checking for anything that would lead to complications. Her nurse, Lily, was a godsend. She was there to answer all my questions and help me through the entire process. Riddhi was the best phlebotomist I have ever worked with. I never had a bruise after she took my blood and she took it on many, many occasions. Vita was so great at keeping me calm during all my ultrasound appointments. She was easy to talk to and very reassuring throughout our entire journey. And of course having the front office staff recognize you by name meant a lot. Alyssa and Nora were kind and welcoming and helped answer any questions I had throughout the process. We also had the pleasure of working with Dr. Burke Chatman for our egg retrieval and Dr. Go for our embryo transfer. Both were phenomenal. I know everyone’s experience is different but we were lucky enough to get our daughter with our first embryo transfer. I can’t thank this office enough for all of their help. We feel truly lucky.

Riddhi and Vita are amazing at this facility. Honestly the other ultrasound techs I saw were also fantastic. Great conversations and they didn’t mind answering my questions in the middle of the procedure to tell me what they were looking for. Riddhi was amazing at doing blood draws. They were quick and as painless as possible. She never missed the vein one time which does happen sometimes with me. I do have some concerns and issues with one of the receptionist as I saw in past reviews some others did too. Don’t let that discourage you from coming back each day/week. The rest of the staff is very pleasant and great to work with. My nurse Lily has been an absolute beast with helping us understand this crazy process and breaks it down simply. We felt a bit alone with our first nurse, but once Lily jumped in we felt a bit of ease and understanding. Not so alone and left confused trying all this for the first time. Once you get past the checking in receptionist it’s smooth sailing from there.

The entire team at Fertility Centers of Illinois truly transforms what can be an intimidating and overwhelming IVF journey into one filled with hope, compassion, and unwavering support. While our experience had its share of hiccups and hurdles, our team never wavered. They thoughtfully adjusted our plan and ultimately found the path that worked best for us to grow our family — something I will forever be grateful for. Dr. Burks was incredible throughout the entire process, continually refining our approach to give us the greatest chance of success. Our nurse, Maddie, was by my side every step of the way, patiently answering every question and offering reassurance whenever I needed it. Having primarily visited the Hoffman Estates office, I truly can’t imagine going through this journey without that team. Being greeted by name by Nora or Alyssa always made me feel seen and comforted — even on the hardest days. Riddhi is one of the best phlebotomists I’ve ever worked with. As someone with difficult veins who has a tendency to faint, I always felt completely at ease in her care. And I can’t begin to describe how special Vita is to us. She made the vulnerable and often nerve-wracking ultrasound appointments feel calm and reassuring — I somehow always left smiling. This process is not easy, but because of these extraordinary people, it will always hold a deeply special place in our hearts. We are so thankful for each of them and can’t wait to bring our baby by to meet the team once he or she arrives. 🤍

Vita is absolutely amazing. I’m so thankful for her. She was my ultrasound tech for my very first one at FCI and I remember how scared I was and how she immediately made me feel calm and safe. She’s so sweet with the best rapport. I had her several times and most recently today and it’s been so great having her be there for me. The entire team at FCI is amazing from the front and back desk to my doctor and nurse Lily I’m so thankful to be part of the FCI family on my journey!!

I have been very happy with the level of care with FCI. My doctor has tailored a program that was successful for me and my nurse who Interacted almost daily with the past year is phenomenal (Alyssa out of the River North Office). Hoffman Estates is my home office and I couldn't be more pleased with the welcoming feel of this office. The front desk heroes know your name and I never have issues with them answering the phones and scheduling - there's always an appointment available when I need one. The permanent phlebotomist and ultrasound tech, Riddhi and Vita , are the absolute best. The rotating medical staff are also great when the others are ooo or working at other offices. I am so glad that this long/tough/vulnerable process is at the best office with the best team.
