I am thankful for this clinic because I’ve been blessed with my perfect healthy son. I liked that they really emphasized lifestyle changes in addition to all the diagnostic testing before coming up with a treatment plan. All of the nurses were amazing and caring. Dr. Akerman was knowledgeable yet laidback in his approach, he made us feel hopeful during a very challenging time. I did think he would be more involved in the process but we did not really hear from him at all after the initial consultations, however I was not an IVF patient so maybe that’s why. Either way my experience was positive and they helped us start our family!

I have nothing but positive reviews for this clinic. Starting from the girls in the front desk, the nurses, specially Denise, insurance Marylin, financial Tania and Dr. Illions, they all have been so kind to me, supportive and attentive. I am still receiving treatment by them but regardless of the outcome of this treatment I will always be thankful for treating me so well. Thank you guys for everything!

I had an excellent experience with my fertility clinic. Dr. Akerman and his entire team are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The nurses are absolutely spectacular, and the nurse practitioner is exceptionally skilled and caring. From the medical staff to the front desk, everyone made me feel supported and well cared for throughout the whole process. Even the on-call service was attentive and helpful whenever I had questions or concerns. I truly appreciate the dedication and compassion of this team, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility care.

Our two-year experience with this fertility clinic (2021–2023) was unbelievably disappointing. I can’t share specifics due to the nature of the services, but the pattern was always the same: repeated errors, poor communication, and a level of disorganization that left us constantly stressed and second-guessing things that should have been handled professionally. After two years of giving them every chance to improve, we switched to CCRM—and the contrast was shocking. Based on our experience, I would strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to think twice. We saw far too many avoidable mistakes to recommend them to anyone.

I’m currently in my third trimester thanks to the incredible team at the Fertility Center of Miami. I did a frozen embryo transfer with Dr. Illions, and it worked on the very first try! He is absolutely amazing extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. The entire staff was just as wonderful supportive, kind, and truly invested in my journey. After surviving cancer, being able to experience this miracle pregnancy means the world to me, and I’m forever grateful to Dr. Illions and his team for making my dream of becoming a mom again come true. My experience from start to finish has been nothing short of exceptional. Thank you, Fertility Center of Miami, for giving me my miracle baby!
