The place is great, but could be better. Doctor belejrak miss diagnosed my wife with having Endometriosis and opted for ivf without further testing that had already been done.. Wife and I went to another fertility clinic and the doctor also had been a surgeon. Did the procedure and wasnt the case. We decided to work with him and now wife and I are pregnant with twins.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this fertility clinic. From the very first appointment, the entire team made us feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for during what can be an emotional and overwhelming journey. Dr. Belej-Rak is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that felt reassuring and clear. The nurse and the staffs were equally amazing—always responsive, compassionate, and patient with all of our questions. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which made each visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Most importantly, we always felt like more than just a number here—the team truly treats you like family. We are beyond grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking fertility support. Thank you for giving us hope and guiding us every step of the way!

I would give more than 5 stars if Google had this option lol. This is hands down the best medical services I've ever experienced. Dr. Belej-Rak is an incredibly dedicated, professional and experienced doctor. She runs her clinic so well and consistently provides the highest level of care to her patients. She truly knows what she is doing and once you choose her clinic, trust me you are in good hands. Whenever you need them, they are there for you. Emails and phone calls are answered promptly, and clear solutions or suggestions are always provided. I had some difficult pregnancy experiences in the past, which made me very anxious during my early pregnancy this time. Dr. Belej-Rak always took immediate and effective action whenever concerns arose, offering both solutions and reassurance. This level of care and comfort is something you rarely find elsewhere. If you’ve lived in Canada long enough and experienced other medical services, you’ll know exactly what I mean. A big thumbs up to the sonographer Ina they are working with! Such a kind and compassionate professional who performs her work gently and skillfully. Amy is the one performing the blood work and she is always so gentle to me and I never feel a pain at all. The nurse always has a great attitude and explains everything clearly and keeps the entire process organized and smooth. All of this is possible because Dr. Bele-Raj knows how to put the right people in the right roles in order to provide us the supreme experience. I recently graduated from Dr. Bele-Raj's care and I am currently at my 15 weeks. I am so grateful for everything she has done for me and I wish her all the best. I would recommend her to any of my friends who need fertility services.
