Fairfax Cryobank has been an incredible resource in our family planning journey. Alejandra especially was so helpful to me and was able to talk me through the whole process step by step. I am so grateful for all of her help and support!

I've been trying to cancel my storage for over a month and feel like they're playing games to keep charging me. Over a dozen emails, several phone calls, and still no confirmation that my contract is cancelled. Feels like I'm trying to cancel my gym membership, and these people are fantastic at ignoring your requests. If you have cancer and want to store your sperm so you can have children after chemo, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Alejandra Ventura was absolutely wonderful when helping us purchase vials for our first time over the phone. She answered all of our questions and provided us with extremely helpful additional advice and tips. She was kind, courteous, and took the time to make sure we understood everything well. She was a pleasure to work with and we couldn't thank her enough for all she did for us.

Without getting into personal details, I had an issue with a vial that I purchased. With that said, the Fairfax Cryobank customer service team was available and very responsive to my needs. They were sincere in their commitment to resolve the issue as soon as possible and were dedicated to correcting it to my satisfaction. As a result, I would recommend them to anyone seeking a quality cryobank that is customer-oriented.
