The Miami Fairfax team spares no effort ensuring prospective donors are properly screened, educated, and supported through the term of their engagement. Gabi, Catherine, Sebastian and Andrea run a friendly, efficient medical office. In a city not known for its hospitable front desk staff this counts for a lot, especially given the sensitive mission of the cryobank.

This review is for all the interested parties that are looking to acquire services from Fairfax Cryobank. The representative, Alejandra Ventura, is someone you want to ask for. Not only did she answer all my difficult questions, she also gave me information to questions I didn’t even think to ask! Once we were set to purchase, she didn’t just take an order and take payment, she went over my future plans & how many vials I might need for the route we are taking. She spent over an hour making sure we were well educated on their services, on the amount of vials chosen & the upcoming steps. She even went above and beyond to lock in a price for us & sent us invoice links to be able to make payment with two different credit cards. Don’t be afraid to call, I know it is easy to just click & pay online, but you’re missing out on what Fairfax has to offer if you don’t call & speak to their reps.
