This clinic is the absolute best! Not only do they lead the country with their success rates, they also have top tier staff. Dr. Dan explains things thoroughly and has a calming presence. Olesya is amazing and has answered so many nervous questions of mine. She’s so supportive, caring, and knowledgeable. Delilah is so sweet and always calls back so quickly. The embryology team is top notch and so careful and thorough. This is the type of clinic that when you walk in they greet you by name! The absolute best clinic and I can not wait to work with them again!!

I had a perfect experience here from start to finish and highly recommend it. Each staff member at the clinic made me feel comfortable and welcome. Olesya, who i worked with directly the most was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel well taken care of. The facility is great and going through the procedure went without a hitch. I had such an incredible experience egg freezing with Empower Fertility. Dr.Dan is very good at what he does and he has built an incredible team. During the initial consultation it was all about education and I received all the knowledge I needed to move forward with confidence without any pressure. I cannot say better things about Olesya. She is incredibly kind, competent and I felt so taken care of through the entire process. Their boutique patient first style really shows through. From Delilah at the front desk to the entire surgical team day of retrieval I knew I was in the best of hands. I had better results than I could have ever expected with the lowest stress and least negative side effects possible. Thank you to the whole team! I am actually hoping I need to use these eggs someday to spend more time with the team in the future.

Loved my experience with Empower! Dr Rychlik and his whole team at Empower were amazing throughout my whole fertility journey. They were always so attentive and and knowledgeable. Olesya saw me most often for check ins and ultrasounds, and she was so great! She made me feel comfortable and was always a joy to see. Fully would recommend Empower Fertility in a heartbeat and will be back to see them for future babies!

I don't have enough good things to say about Empower. From the moment you walk through their doors, you feel welcomed and encouraged in their space. Olesya is genuinely one of the most compassionate medical professionals I've met, and made the whole egg freezing experience feel effortless. You can tell that Empower is a patient-first approach, where they prioritize the wellbeing and comfort of patients above all (which is sooo not the case always.) Dr. Rychlik is not only extremely knowledgeable and confident, but a calming presence throughout the experience that makes you trust everything he is doing/saying. Overall, the process of creating embryos was much more manageable than I ever imagined... I am so, so grateful to have found Empower!
