Incredible care from start to finish! Highly recommend. We traveled all the way from Puerto Rico to Orange County just to use this clinic on a friend's recommendation, and they exceeded every expectation. The level of understanding, care, and personalization they provide is truly unmatched. Every person you encounter there treats you like a genuine friend. Dr. Freije is exceptionally knowledgeable and patient, and involved in every step of the process. Our coordinator, Sherrie, went above and beyond to make sure we always felt informed and cared for. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Ember Fertility, Sherrie, and Dr. Freije. This is my first time working with the clinic and Dr. Freije. I'm a surrogate mother, and I honestly thought the process would be more complicated and even stressful, but I was surprised at how easy they all made it for me. Dr. Freije is a great doctor, so respectful and professional. He's always attentive to the entire process and truly cares about his patients, making sure everything goes smoothly. Most surprisingly, he speaks perfect Spanish. This clinic is definitely a great option if you want to do any type of IVF. They make everything easy for you, and their staff is also incredible. Linda was my coordinator and was always there every step of the way, attentive to everything. She's amazing. Samantha and Christie are always so kind. In general, all the staff are incredible. Ember Fertility is definitely the best option if you're looking for any IVF treatment. I can only say thank you to all the staff.

Dr Frije and the care team are great, the office staff is always polite and the doctor is always friendly and professional but still making you feel comfortable. They offer a personal experience with weekly email updates and instructions and are always available to answer any questions you might have, even offering video instructions for the injection process. One of my coordinators even bought me flowers, making me feel supported and cared for. 10/10

I have been working with ember fertility for my surrogacy and everything has been quick, efficient, and supportive. Provider freije is great and very knowledgeable at everything he does! Im a surrogate with Bamboo aswell and they are so quick and get everything done fast! Cathy and linda have been great im sure the whole team is! Highly recommend whether its for surrogacy or fertility for yourself 100%
