Reliable (& if you utilise EDI's regular business partners such as for cryotransport or IVF, EDI will attempt to ensure those business partners deal with you reliably if you tell EDI you are having problems). 2. Comprehensive, e.g. they buy health insurance for their egg donors and hence intending parents don't need to. 3. Respond quickly and relevantly to your queries even after you've paid your money. Our experience with Egg Donation Inc. was one of, if not the best we experienced in the industry. Cheryl was a phenomenal resource who helped us every step of the way. She paid attention to all the details unique to our situation and was always prompt and thorough with any answers to questions we had. It was also obvious that she had a very high 'care level' for her clients. She showed compassion and understanding with what is a complex and difficult scenario. Their database of donors is large and diverse more so than others out there and there is a good selection of both frozen and fresh donors.
